What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication, less meetings and more action from those meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall workplace vibe is very positive - it's a really fun place to work. It's hard work and busy, but satisfying.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supervisors and managers need to be fired or retrained to actually do their jobs. Increase pay and benefits to something livable, instead of laughable. Hire more support personnel instead of forcing your current employees to pickup slack for no extra pay. Stop with the useless mandatory meetings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very easy, but very mediocre in terms of determining an aptitude for the position.
It's very thorough with lots of chances for interaction.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No oversight of management, abysmal pay and benefits, not enough workers for coverage. How can it be fixed? Discipline bad management/promote better, increase pay/benefits, hire adequate employees.
