Dr. Joseph J. Buggy, also known as Joe, Ph.D., is a Co-founder of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has been its Strategic Advisor since June 5, 2017. Dr. Buggy served as Executive Vice President of Discovery Research of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2014 until June 5, 2017. Dr. Buggy served as an Executive Officer of Pharmacyclics Inc. since July 9, 2013. Dr. Buggy served as a Vice President of Research at Pharmacyclics Inc. from September 2007 to July 9, 2013. From May 2006 to August 2007, Dr. Buggy served as Senior Director of Cancer Biology. From November 2001 to April 2006, he served as Director of Department of Biology at Celera Genomics. He was a Principal Scientist at Celera Genomics Corporation. From 1993 to 1996, Dr. Buggy was a Scientist for Bayer Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a subsidiary of Bayer HealthCare AG, a health care company. From June 1996 to October 2001, he served as Staff Scientist at AXYS pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was a Group Leader. Dr. Buggy served as a Scientist at Bayer Corporation in West Haven, CT. Dr. Buggy served as a Director of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 2014. Dr. Buggy holds a PhD in Molecular, Cellular and Development Biology from Indiana University and a B.S. degree in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Leiv Lea has been Chief Financial Officer of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2014 and has been its Chief Business Officer since July 17, 2017. Mr. Lea serves as Chief Financial Officer of Margaux Liquidation Corp. Mr. Lea served as Treasurer of Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until July 17, 2017. Mr. Lea served as Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Pharmacyclics Inc., from December 1998 to October 31, 2008. He was financial consultant at Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc from 2009 to November 2014. Mr. Lea served as Secretary of Pharmacyclics Inc. from June 2003 to October 31, 2008 and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Lea served as a Consultant of Pharmacyclics Inc. until December 31, 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration from December 1997 to December 1998. From September 1996 to November 1997, he served as a Financial Consultant for high technology companies. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer for Global Village Communications, Inc. Mr. Daniel W Hunt, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Corvus Pharmaceuticals Inc. since December 2017. Mr. Hunt served as Vice President Corporate Development of CoMentis, Inc. since August 25, 2015 and its General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Hunt served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at PrognosDx Health, Inc. Mr. Hunt served as a Vice President of Business Development at Zosano Pharma Corporation. Mr. Hunt has 20 years of business development, transactional, alliance management, finance, operational, legal and IP experience with prominent life science companies, including Genentech, Abgenix, Roche and Chiron. During his career he has acquired extensive experience integrating science, business legal disciplines in connection with life science transactions. Mr. Hunt has led and closed hundreds of transactions with cumulative valuations in excess of $1B. Prior to joining Zosano Pharma, Mr. Hunt served as Associate General Counsel, Licensing, Contracts Management and Patent Law at Genentech, where he was responsible for managing Genentech's business development and transactional activities in collaboration with Genentech's business development, finance, research and alliance management groups. Prior to Genentech, Mr. Hunt was the Director of Legal Affairs at Abgenix, where he was responsible for all company transactions, ranging from acquisitions and strategic collaborations to ordinary course transactions, and engaged in strategic planning for business development, product development, acquisition and manufacturing activities. At Roche Molecular Systems, Mr. Hunt served as Chief Corporate Counsel. He was responsible for business development and transactional support and managed Roche's PCR licensing program. Prior to Roche, Mr. Hunt was Senior Corporate Counsel at Chiron. Mr. Hunt began his career as a patent litigator and securities attorney at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster. He serves as a Director of AbCellera Biologics Inc. Mr. Hunt received a B.S in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.

Erik Verner serves as the VP of Chemistry of Corvus Pharmaceuticals. Erik started at Corvus Pharmaceuticals in January of 2015. Erik currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
