Can not reach anyone in customer service that can speak and understand the English language. Sorry for an American company to have someone in India or other country to solve my problem in Louisiana. I have been a Cox customer since 1985 when it first became available in my area. Switched cells????
People look down upon editors News Room VP general and other higher ups is walks right pass me has never spoke to me in the 9 months i have been here. I have been told for 4 months I will be moved to full time, things are moving or being worked on, Nothing has happend , a lot of indirect answers
