Very Flexible I feel comfortable when hes here.

They are hands on, holding several open meetings with the common folk a year. They seem to be proactive

Terrific benefits, time off and all other policies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we are not paid enough given the fact we work graveyard shift
I would feel better about my compensation if it was a few thousand dollars higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and communicate
The team meetings are informative and rewarding.
THEY ARE VERY VERY NICE
They are easy going and offer assistance when needed
They are all nice and docile, not very aggressive. That might lead to less effectiveness or production some times, but also less drama and less conflict, Competition

Everyone cares about there job

THEY ALWAYS APPRECIATE AND VALUE ME
The fact that we get calls from all kinds of people
The environment is laid back and pressure free for the most part. It is corporate, so certain things must be done a certain way, but overall, if you follow directions and listen to your superiors, everything is smooth

The interview process was low pressure and more concentrated on my personality, people skills and overall quality as a person.
