We work fine together when we are not micro managed
The culture is mismanaged and it's going to overflow to customers. Start at the source.
Stop the rediculous demands to participate in every little activity and stop requiring 12 + hours
Stop overworking employees with fire chasing. 12 hour days everyday is absurd and a recipe for burnout which is what we have.
Focus on people and communicating. Understand emotional triggers rather than seeing employee as a utility to throw away. The turn over is out of control
