Ms. Tamara MacDonald, B.Comm, has been a Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 1 , 2016 and served as its Vice President of Land & Corporate Development since 2004 until February 2, 2016. Ms. MacDonald served as Vice President of Land at Crescent Point Energy Corp., since 2004. She has over 13 years of experience in exploration and land acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. She served as the Vice President of Land at Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. She served as Vice President of Land of Crescent Point Resources Ltd. at Crescent Point Energy Trust since October 1, 2005. She served as Land Manager of Crescent Point Resources Ltd., Administrator of Crescent Point Energy Trust until October 1, 2005. She served as the Vice President of Land at Wild River Resources Ltd. since July 2, 2009. Prior to joining CPRL in September 2004. She served as Senior Landman at Petrofund Energy Trust ('Petrofund'), a Calgary based energy trust. From December 1997 to August 2004, she actively participated in Petrofund's growth from 4,000 boe/d to 37,000 boe/d. While at Petrofund, she was exposed to over 30 separate drilling limited partnerships under the governing entity NCE Resources Group Inc., and was responsible for the negotiation and management of lands within each of such limited partnerships. From July 1997 to November 1997, she was responsible for Alberta negotiations at Merit Oil & Gas and from January 1997 to June 1997, she was responsible for the southern Alberta negotiations at Tarragon Oil & Gas. From May 1992 to December 1996, she served at Northstar Energy Corporation as Landman with various responsibilities, including functions related to acquisitions and divestments. She is a Member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen. Ms. MacDonald graduated in 1992 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Petroleum Land Management.
