Mr. Ryan Chad Raymond Gritzfeldt, BASc., P.Eng., has been a Vice President of Marketing and Innovation at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Gritzfeldt served as Vice President of Engineering & Business Development East at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 2010 until 2015. He has over 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as Vice President of Engineering East at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 1, 2010. Mr. Gritzfeldt served as Vice President of Production for Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. He served as Engineering Manager, South East Saskatchewan for Crescent Point. In this role, he was responsible for capital planning, acquisitions evaluations and daily operations in the southeast Saskatchewan area, with a focus on the Bakken light oil resource play. He served as Senior Exploitation Engineer of Crescent Point. Prior to his role as Engineering Manager, South East Saskatchewan for Crescent Point, Mr. Gritzfeldt served as an Engineering Manager for a private oil and gas company. He served as Vice President of Engineering East at Wild River Resources Ltd. since January 01, 2010. Prior to that, he held various engineering and field related positions of increasing responsibility with Crescent Point and with Talisman Energy, a publicly traded senior oil and gas producer. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. Mr. Gritzfeldt holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Regina.

Ms. Tamara MacDonald, B.Comm, has been a Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 1 , 2016 and served as its Vice President of Land & Corporate Development since 2004 until February 2, 2016. Ms. MacDonald served as Vice President of Land at Crescent Point Energy Corp., since 2004. She has over 13 years of experience in exploration and land acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. She served as the Vice President of Land at Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. She served as Vice President of Land of Crescent Point Resources Ltd. at Crescent Point Energy Trust since October 1, 2005. She served as Land Manager of Crescent Point Resources Ltd., Administrator of Crescent Point Energy Trust until October 1, 2005. She served as the Vice President of Land at Wild River Resources Ltd. since July 2, 2009. Prior to joining CPRL in September 2004. She served as Senior Landman at Petrofund Energy Trust ('Petrofund'), a Calgary based energy trust. From December 1997 to August 2004, she actively participated in Petrofund's growth from 4,000 boe/d to 37,000 boe/d. While at Petrofund, she was exposed to over 30 separate drilling limited partnerships under the governing entity NCE Resources Group Inc., and was responsible for the negotiation and management of lands within each of such limited partnerships. From July 1997 to November 1997, she was responsible for Alberta negotiations at Merit Oil & Gas and from January 1997 to June 1997, she was responsible for the southern Alberta negotiations at Tarragon Oil & Gas. From May 1992 to December 1996, she served at Northstar Energy Corporation as Landman with various responsibilities, including functions related to acquisitions and divestments. She is a Member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen. Ms. MacDonald graduated in 1992 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Petroleum Land Management.

Mr. C. Neil Smith, BASc. (Geol Eng.), PEng., has been the Chief Operating Officer of Crescent Point Energy Corp. since March 13, 2013. Mr. Smith served as the Vice President of Engineering & Business Development at Crescent Point Energy Corp. from August 1, 2003 to March 2013. He was responsible for all aspects of Crescent Point's production, exploitation and evaluation duties as well as assisting the executive team in sourcing business development opportunities. He served as the President of Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Engineering & Business Development at Crescent Point Resources Ltd since August 1, 2003. Prior to joining Crescent Point Energy Trust in August 2003, he served as Manager of Business Development of PrimeWest Energy Inc. and was responsible for overseeing the evaluation and due diligence of over $1 billion of corporate and property acquisitions as well being the lead negotiator on over $100 million of asset transactions. He was Vice President of Engineering & Business Development at Wild River Resources Ltd. since July 2009. He was part of the team that developed and executed successful acquisition strategies that grew the PrimeWest Energy Trust from 10,000 boe/d to over 34,000 boe/d. He has over eighteen years of industry experience including four years with Coles Gilbert Associates Ltd., the predecessor to Gilbert Laustsen Jung Associates Ltd. and Amoco Canada Resources Ltd. Since December 31, 2007, he was on the Board of Directors of Spear Exploration Inc., a private oil and gas company which subsequently was sold in February 2008. He serves as a Director of the Petroleum and Acquisition Association (PADA) and Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (SEPAC). Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and Masters in Business Administration majoring in Finance (Dean's list) from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Kenneth R. Lamont, also known as Ken, B.Comm, CA has been the Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 01, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from January 1, 2010 to January 2016. Mr. Lamont served as Chief Financial Officer of Shelter Bay Energy, Inc. He served as Controller and Treasurer of Crescent Point Resources Ltd. and Crescent Point Resources Inc. Prior to joining Crescent Point in May 2005, he served as the Director of Finance, Energy Management Group of Direct Energy. There, he was responsible for the financial supervision of gas and power trading activities for Direct Energy's Canadian operations and for upstream oil and gas production in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He served as Controller and Treasurer of Southwest Saskatchewan. He served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Wild River Resources Ltd. since January 1, 2010. Previously, he held senior management positions with Shell Trading Gas & Power Canada Ltd. where he was responsible for all aspects of finance pertaining to Canadian operations and with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Manager in the audit and business advisory practice. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. Mr. Lamont graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Mr. Derek Wayne Christie, B.Sc., P.Geol. has been Senior Vice President of Exploration & Geosciences at Crescent Point Energy Corp. and served as its Vice President of Exploration and Geosciences since November 2013. Mr. Christie served as Vice President of Geosciences at Crescent Point Energy Corp. from January 2010 to November 2013. He served as Vice President of Geosciences at Wild River Resources Ltd. since January 1, 2010. He served as Manager of Geology at Crescent Point. He is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience across North America in both Conventional and Unconventional reservoir exploration and development. He served as the Vice President of Exploration of Shelter Bay Energy Inc. Mr. Christie joined Crescent Point in February 2007 after Mission Oil & Gas Inc. was acquired by Crescent Point. At Mission, he served as an Exploration Manager, responsible for the exploration and development of the Bakken play. Mr. Christie served as Exploration Manager at StarPoint Energy Ltd. until its conversion to a trust and concurrent formation of Mission Oil & Gas. He held senior geological positions with Vintage Petroleum, Rio Alto Exploration, Renata Resources, CS Resources and Ballistic Energy. He has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1991. He has been a Director at Boulder Energy Limited since August 25, 2016. He serves as a Director of Highrock Resources Ltd. and the Canadian Society for Unconventional Resources. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. Mr. Christie graduated in 1991 from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Geology.

Mr. Kent Mitchell serves as President of USA Operations at Long View Systems Corporation. Mr. Mitchell has been President of Crescent Point Energy US Corp at Crescent Point Energy Corp. since January 2012. Mr. Mitchell served as President at Long View Systems USA. Prior to that, he held a variety of roles with Long View, as well as Northrock Resources Ltd., Numac Energy and Wascana Energy. He served as Vice President of US Operations at Long View Systems Corporation since 2006. He started out in IT as an Oracle DBA in the O&G industry moving from Regina to Calgary. He spent about 12 years in DBA and IT Manager roles within the Oil &Gas industry before joining Long View Systems in 2002 as a Delivery Manager. He started in Calgary as Manager through the first set of initial growth that saw focuses being emphasized on Denver. With this focus he was moved to Denver as the Branch Manager on September 1, 2004. Mr. Mitchell received his MBA from Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
