He is the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman at Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC. Mr. Phillips has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Inergy GP, LLC and NRGM GP LLC since June 19, 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise GTM Holdings L.P. since November 1999 and served as its Chairman since October 2002. Mr. Phillips founded Crestwood Midstream Partners, LLC and served as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President since November 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer for GulfTerra Energy Partners LP and of its General Partner since November 1999. He also served as a Senior Advisor to KA Fund Advisors, LLC. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Products GP LLC from February 2005 to June 30, 2007. He served as the President of El Paso Field Services at El Paso LLC from April 1996 to December 1996 and an Executive Vice President of GulfTerra Energy Partners from August 1998 to October 1999. He served as the President of El Paso Energy Resources Co. from December 1996 to June 1997 and Senior Vice President of El Paso Corp. from September 1995 to April 1996. Mr. Phillips served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eastex Energy, Inc. since 1987 and since March 1983 respectively and also served as its President. He serves as the Chairman of GulfTerra Energy Company L.L.C. He has been the Chairman of GulfTerra Energy Partners LP since October 2002 and Manta Ray Gathering Company L.L.C. since October 2002. He has been an Independent Director of Bonavista Energy Corporation since May 02, 2014 and Pride International Inc. since October 9, 2007. He has been a Director of Manta Ray Gathering Company L.L.C., the Operator of GulfTerra Energy Partners L.P. (formerly, El Paso Energy Partners L.P.) since August 1998. He has been a Director of NRGM GP LLC. He served as a Director of Triten Corporation since September 2006. He served as a Director of Enterprise GTM Holdings L.P. since August 1998. He served as a Director of Enterprise Products GP LLC from September 2004 to June 30, 2007 and EPE Holdings, LLC from February 2006 to June 30, 2007. He served as a Director of Eastex Energy Inc. since November 1981. He serves as a Member of Advisory Council at Red McCombs School of Business. Mr. Phillips holds an LLB from South Texas College of Law and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas System.

Mr. William C. Gautreaux, also known as Bill, served as the President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Supply & Logistics Group at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP and Crestwood Equity GP LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP since June 2015 until July 4, 2017. Mr. Gautreaux served as President of Liquids and Crude Business Unit at Crestwood Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since October 2013 until June 2015. He served as the President of Liquids and Crude at Crestwood Equity Gp, LLC since October 7, 2013. He served as President of Inergy Services of Inergy Gp Llc since May 24, 2011. He managed Inergy's coast-to coast NGL supply & logistics business. Mr. Gautreaux served as Vice President of Supply of Inergy, L.P. and its Managing General Partner, Inergy GP, LLC since March 2001. He served as President of Inergy Services at Inergy Midstream, L.P. from September 2012 to October 2013. He joined Inergy L.P.'s predecessor in 1998 as Vice President of Supply. From 1996 to 1998, he served as Managing Director for Dynegy Inc. Mr. Gautreaux co-founded LPG Services Group, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Supply from 1991 to 1996. From 1985 to 1991, he served at Ferrellgas as a Regional Manager in Inergy L P's wholesale supply logistics division. Mr. Gautreaux serves as a Trustee of William Jewell College. He was with NRGY since its inception in 1997 and manages the Partnership's coast-to-coast NGL supply and logistics business. He has a bachelor's degree from William Jewell College and is based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Robert Thornbury Halpin III, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Crestwood Equity GP LLC General Partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP since March 2015. Mr. Halpin has been Chief Financial Officer of Crestwood Midstream Gp Llc at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since March 2015. He has been Executive Vice President at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since July 25, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President since March 2015 until July 25, 2017. He served as Vice President of Finance at Inergy GP, LLC since January 2013. Mr. Halpin served as Vice President-Business Development at Inergy GP, LLC from January 2012 to January 2013. Mr. Halpin served as Vice President of Finance of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC since January 18, 2013 and also served as its Vice President of Business Development since January 2012. From July 2009 to January 2012, Mr. Halpin was an Associate at First Reserve, the largest global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on energy and from July 2007 to June 2009, Mr. Halpin was an investment banker in the Global Natural Resources Group at Lehman Brothers and subsequently, Barclays Capital following its acquisition of Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking Division in September 2008. He joined First Reserve Corporation 2009. Mr. Halpin servedas an Associate of First Reserve Corporation. Mr. Halpin holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas.

Mr. J. Heath Deneke has been the Chief Operating Officer of pipeline Services Group at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP and Crestwood Equity GP LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP since June 2015. Mr. Deneke served as President of Natural Gas of Crestwood Equity GP, LLC since October 2013 to June 2015. He has been Executive Vice President of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since July 25, 2017 and served as its President since June 2015 until July 25, 2017. Mr. Deneke served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP from August 2012 to October 7, 2013. Mr. Deneke served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President at Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC since August 2012 until October 7, 2013. Mr. Deneke served as the President of Natural Gas Business Unit of Crestwood Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since October 7, 2013. Mr. Deneke served in various management positions at El Paso Corporation for the 16 years. He was Vice President, Project Development and Engineering within the pipeline group managing over $6.7 billion of pipeline, storage, compression and LNG terminal projects as well as an annual pipeline maintenance budget of more than $300 million. Previously, Mr. Deneke was Director of Marketing and Asset Optimization for Tennessee Gas Pipeline and Manager of Business Development and Strategy for Southern Natural Gas. Mr. Deneke earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.

Moore, also known as Will, has been Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Crestwood Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since October 2013. Mr. Moore has been Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Crestwood Equity GP, LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP since October 2013. He joined legacy inergy in 2005 as a legal analyst and has held various positions in corporate and business development. He served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Inergy Midstream, L.P. He was a valued part of the successful development of Inergy's natural gas storage and transportation platform. Mr. Joel Christian Lambert, J.D. has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Crestwood Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP since October 2013. Mr. Lambert has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Crestwood Equity Partners GP, LLC, General Partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP since October 2013. serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Inergy GP, LLC. Mr. Lambert served as a Vice President, Legal at First Reserve Corporation. He joined First Reserve Corporation in 2007 and is a part of the private equity team of the firm. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Lambert was an Attorney in the Business and International Section/Lawyer of Vinson & Elkins LLP. Before joining Vinson & Elkins, he was an Intern in the Texas Supreme Court, as well as a Military Intelligence Specialist for the United States Army. Vance Harrington serves as the Senior Vice President- COO Marketing Suppy & Logistics of Crestwood Midstream Partners LP. Vance started at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP in June of 2017. Vance is currently based in the Kansas City, Missouri Area.
