Mr. James (Jay) Kreger has been the President of CRH Anesthesia Management, LLC of CRH Medical Corporation since July 11, 2016. Mr. Kreger is responsible for leading significant expansion opportunities for CRH's anesthesia services business and ensuring operational excellence across the country. He has been working in the healthcare field since 2005 and was with Medical Care America, a division of Hospital Corporation of America. While at Medical Care America, he was involved in helping grow a network of over 130 ambulatory surgery centers, including endoscopy centers, through both acquisition and physician partnership models. He was deal lead on a significant number of transactions that contributed to the growth of HCA's ambulatory surgery division. He has significant operations and finance expertise. Mr. Kreger received a BA in Finance at Michigan State University and an MBA at Wayne State University .

Dr. Mitchel Guttenplan, M.D., FACS has been Medical Director of CRH Medical Corporation since 2008. Dr. Guttenplan has trained hundreds of surgeons and gastroenterologists in the use of the CRH O'Regan System. He initially joined CRH Medical Products Corporation in 2006 as the Co-Medical Director of the Centers for Colorectal Health in Metropolitan Atlanta. During this time, he has also been a guest lecturer at numerous Medical Schools, Hospitals, GI Societies as well as regional and national scientific meetings. Dr. Guttenplan graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine prior to completing a residency and chief residency in General Surgery at the Emory University Affiliated Hospitals and he has been practicing general surgery in metropolitan Atlanta since 1987. He graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine

Mr. Richard K. Bear, CPA serves as Chief Financial Officer of CRH Anesthesia Management, LLC. Mr. Bear has been the Chief Financial Officer at CRH Medical Corporation (formerly Medsurge Medical Products Corp.) since March 24, 2006 and also its corporate secretary since January 13, 2011. Mr. Bear served as the Chief Financial Officer at ID Biomedical Corporation from June 2002 to March 2006 and also served as its Principal Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration. He played a major role in ID Biomedical's financings, acquisitions and the sale of ID Biomedical to GlaxoSmithKline. Mr. Bear was also directly responsible for internal and external financial reporting, information technologies, treasury management, risk management and all related infrastructure and internal controls. Mr. Bear served as Vice President and General Manager of the interactive division of XO Communications, Inc. from September 1995 to May 2002, where he also held the position of Vice President of Finance. Before XO Communications, Mr. Bear was Director of Finance for AT&T Wireless Communication. He served as a Director of Response Biomedical Corp. from March 30, 2006 to June 22, 2011. Mr. Bear received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant.
