Mr. Adnan Durrani is a Founder of American Halal Company, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Durrani is a Founder of Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc. He served as President of Condor Ventures, Inc. He has almost 20 years of experience in the investment industry. He served as Senior Vice President of CIBC World Markets Corp. Mr. Durrani served as Venture Partner and Consultant of Blue Chip Venture Company, Ltd. and also served as its President and headed up Blue Chip's Stamford, Connecticut office. He served as Principal of Next Generation Technology Holdings Inc. In the 1980s, he served as Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers and a Senior Vice President with Oppenheimer & Co. He started his investment career with E.F. Hutton & Co., Inc. in 1982. He founded Vermont Pure Holdings, which he led to an IPO (Amex, VPS). He was a Founding Partner of Stonyfield Farms, Inc. Mr. Durrani is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Visitors of the Graduate School of Engineering and Applied Sciences of Columbia University, where he is also Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Maple Hill Creamery, LLC. Mr. Durrani also serves as a Director of Telephotonics, High Speed Video, Everest Corporation, Next Generation Technologies Holdings, Inc., and Royal Beverage, Ltd. He serves as Director of Blue Chip Venture Co., American Halal Company, Inc., and Hydros Bottle LLC. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra and the Finance Board of Social Venture Network (SVN). He served as Director of JassNet and DuPont Photonics Technologies LLC. He is a Lecturer and panel member for SVN and the Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) as well as the Natural Business Investment Conference in Berkeley, California. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 1981.
