Mr. Luke E. Alverson has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CSW Industrials, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Alverson joined CSW Industrials in February 2016. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Legal Services and Assistant Secretary of Flowserve Corporation from October 2012 to February 2016 and as Senior Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance from May 2008 to October 2012. Prior to joining Flowserve, Mr. Alverson was associated with the law firms of Vinson & Elkins, LLP in Dallas, Texas and Hallett & Perrin, P.C., in Dallas, Texas. He earned a BBA (finance and accounting; with highest honors) from Abilene Christian University and a JD (with high honors) from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Christopher J. Mudd, also known as Chris, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of CSW Industrials, Inc. since September 2015. Mr. Mudd served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Capital Southwest Corporation since January 6, 2015 until September 8, 2015. He joined Capital Southwest in 2015. Mr. Mudd served as President and General Manager of Dexco Polymers L.P., from 2003 to December 2014. Mr. Mudd held full P&L responsibility and directly managed all of the subsidiary's operations including production, supply chain, business development, R&D, sales and marketing. He has deep industry knowledge and experience, having spent over 30 years in the manufacturing and specialty chemicals sector. Prior to joining Dexco in early 2003, Mr. Mudd spent the majority of his career in various leadership positions at Dow Chemical. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the Senior Commercial Manager for Energy and Fuels at Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources and worked in other capacities at The Dow Chemical Company from 1982 to 1998. He served as Dow Chemical's Senior Commercial Manager for Energy. During his 25-year career at Dow he served a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in hydrocarbons & energy procurement, chemicals and metals marketing, finance, licensing, market research and customer service. Mr. Mudd served as President of the Americas Section of the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers through May 2007. Mr. Mudd has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Don J. Sullivan serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Products at CSW Industrials, Inc. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Sullivan serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of The RectorSeal Corporation since May 19, 2016. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at The RectorSeal Corporation from May 2015 to January 2016. He has administrative responsibility for RectorSeal and its architecturally specified building products businesses, Smoke Guard and Balco. He joined RectorSeal in May 2015. Mr. Sullivan has full P&L responsibility for this segment and charged with creating and implementing business strategies to grow the Industrial Products division. He served as Division President at Goodman Global from October 2010 to April 2015. Mr. Sullivan held a variety of management positions at Carrier Corporation in sales, product management and general management. Mr. Sullivan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Gregg Branning serves as the Executive Vice President & CFO of CSW Industrials Inc.. Gregg started at CSW Industrials Inc. in May of 2016. Gregg currently resides in Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
