Mr. David H. Kirske has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of CTI BioPharma Corp. since September 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since August 2017 until September 2017. Dr. Jack W. Singer, M.D., has been the Chief Scientific Officer of CTI BioPharma Corp. since July 2015 and serves as its Interim Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Singer has been an Executive Vice President and Global Head of Translational Medicine of CTI BioPharma Corp. since August 4, 2015. Dr. Singer Co-Founded Cell Therapeutics, Inc., and served as its Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President of Global Medical ffairs & Translational Medicine until August 4th 2015. Dr. Singer served as its Chief Medical Officer since January 28, 2004 and also served as its Executive Vice President. Dr. Singer is the primary thought leader for clinical and medical strategy. He is a noted expert in hematologic cancers, having developed the clonal theory of leukemia. From April 1992 to July 1995, he served as Executive Vice President, research and development of Cell Therapeutics Inc. and also as its Research Program Chairman. Prior to Cell Therapeutics Inc., Dr. Singer served as a Professor of medicine at the University of Washington and a full member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. From 1975 to 1992, Dr. Singer served as Chief of medical oncology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Seattle. He served as an Executive Director of CTI BioPharma Corp. from September 1991 to June 2, 2017 and served as its Member of Scientific Advisory Board. He served as a Director of DiaKine Therapeutics, Inc. He has authored more than 240 peer-reviewed manuscripts and 13 chapters in text books on cell biology and clinical drug development and holds 14 patents. He has been an invited speaker at numerous medical conferences, including, most recently, the 6th International Symposium on Polymer Therapeutics and he is a Member of the Society for Clinical Investigation. Dr. Singer holds his M.D. from State University of New York, Downstate Medical College.

Mr. Bruce K. Bennett Jr. serves as Senior Vice President Global Pharmaceutical Operations at CTI BioPharma Corp. Mr. Bennett served as Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations at Allos Therapeutics Inc. from January 2008 till October, 2012. Mr. Bennett served as Vice President of Manufacturing of Allos Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Bennett served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Operations of Provasis Therapeutics Inc. He served as Independent Consultant focused on the development of business operations, technical and supply chain solutions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from 2006 to January 2008. He served as Vice President, Manufacturing of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Co. from 2002 to 2006, where he led a 50 member team in manufacturing, materials management, vendor and commercial development, quality control, validation, engineering, facilities and environmental health and safety. Prior to La Jolla Pharmaceutical Co., Mr. Bennett served as Vice President, Operations of Provasis Therapeutics Inc. from 2000 to 2002. He served as Vice President, Operations and Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance and Commercial Development of VIA Medical Corporation from 1997 to 2000. He served as Vice President, Manufacturing of Mulay Plastic Inc. from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Bennett served as Vice President, Operations of Cygnus Therapeutic Systems Inc. from 1992 to 1995. He served as Vice President, Manufacturing of Progress Lighting from 1989 to 1992. He served as Vice President, Manufacturing of Sulzer Intermedics Inc. from 1987 to 1989. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Bennett served as a senior operations executive of various pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other companies. Mr. Bennett served as Director of Manufacturing at Kendall Respiratory Care Inc., a medical device division of Kendall- a subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive Company from 1986 to 1987. He served as Operations Director of Kendall McGaw Laboratories, a medical device division of Kendall and held several other positions from 1979 to 1986. Mr. Bennett holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the California State University, Long Beach and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Jim Fong serves as Senior Vice President of Us Commercial Operations at CTI BioPharma Corp. Mr. Fong served as Vice President of Commercial Operations of Cell Therapeutics Inc., since November 2007. Mr. Fong joined CTI with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He served as National Sales Director of CV Therapeutics (CVT) in Palo Alto, California, where he led the launch of Ranexa(R) for chronic angina.
