Mr. Stephen M. Merrick, also known as Steven, has been the Chief Executive Officer of CTI Industries Corporation since December 1, 2017. Mr. Merrick serves as the President of Merrick Company, LLC. Mr. Merrick has been Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Reliv International, Inc. since July 20, 1989. He has been Senior Vice President and Secretary of Reliv', Inc. and Reliv' World Corporation and represented Reliv International Inc. and its subsidiaries since the founding of Reliv International Inc. Mr. Merrick served as President of CTI Industries Corp. since September 24, 2012 until December 1, 2017 and served as its Secretary. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cti Industries Corp. since October 1999 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as an Executive Vice President of CTI Industries Corporation (NASDAQ Small Cap Market-CTIB) from October 1999 to September 24, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate and International Development for Reliv International, Inc., since July 20, 1989. Mr. Merrick served as President of CTI from January, 1996 to June, 1997 when he served as Chief Executive Officer of CTI. He served as a Principal of the law firm of Merrick & Klimek, P.C. of Chicago, Illinois and has been engaged in the practice of law for over 35 years. Mr. Merrick serves as a Director of CTI Industries Corp. He has been a Director of Deep Field Technologies Inc. since February 28, 2007. He served as a Director at Reliv' International, Inc. from May 2014 to May 2016. He served as a Director of Reliv International, Inc. since July 20, 1989 until May 2015. Mr. Merrick received a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1966.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Hyland, also known as Jeff, has been President at CTI Industries Corporation since December 1, 2017. Mr. Hyland serves as an Executive Director at Capstone Advisory Group, LLC. He serves as Strategic Advisor at Wave2Wave Communications, Inc. He is as a seasoned senior-level executive with strong record of successfully growing and improving profitability of businesses. He has extensive background in all aspects of business management and consulting including strategy, planning, sales, operations, administrative, financial, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hyland has served as a consultant to CTI on several occasions and his experience with CTI extends over ten years. Mr. Hyland specializes in providing turnaround and crisis management, merger and acquisition services and financial restructuring advisory to companies, creditors and equity investors. Prior to joining Capstone to open the Chicago office in 2006, Mr. Hyland was a Partner at Fort Dearborn Partners, a middle-market turnaround consulting, crisis management and corporate finance firm. Mr. Hyland was also a Consulting Manager for Grant Thornton, a Director of Finance and Financial Information Systems for University of Chicago Hospitals, a Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting for MCI Telecommunications and in audit for Deloitte & Touche (formerly Touche Ross & Co.). Mr. Hyland has been Director at CTI Industries Corporation since December 1, 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), a certification provided through the Turnaround Management Associate (TMA). Mr. Hyland is involved with the Board and Committees for the Midwest Chapter of the TMA and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. He has authored articles, given speeches and taught MBA classes on business restructuring, strategy and merger and acquisitions. Mr. Hyland holds a Masters of Management (MBA) degree in Finance, Marketing and Hospital and Health Services Management from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Samuel Komar, also known as Sam, has been Vice President of Sales & Marketing of CTI Industries Corp. since March 2008. Mr. Komar served as the Vice President of Marketing & Creative of CTI Industries Corp. since September, 2001. Mr. Komar served as Vice President of Sales of CTI Industries Corp. since June 1997. Mr. Komar has 25 years experience in the sales and marketing of consumer products. Mr. Komar has been employed by CTI since March of 1998. Mr. Komar has worked in sales for 16 years and prior to his employment with CTI, Mr. Komar was with Bob Gable & Associates, a manufacturer of sporting goods. Mr. Komar received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Indiana University.
