Ms. Jane Jie Sun has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since November 2016. Ms. Sun serves as the Head of the SEC and External Reporting Division of Applied Materials, Inc. She served as Chief Operating Officer at from May 2012 to November 2016 and Co-President from March 2015 to November 2016. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. from December 2005 to May 2012. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Inc., she worked with KPMG LLP as an audit manager in Silicon Valley, California for five years. She has been an Independent Director of TAL Education Group since October 2010. She has extensive experience in SEC reporting, finance and accounting. She has worked with Applied Materials, Inc. since 1997. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of State of California Certified Public Accountant. She received her Bachelor's Degree from the Business School of University of Florida with High Honors. Ms. Sun also attended the undergraduate program at the Beijing University Law School from 1987 to 1989.

Mr. Jianzhang Liang, also known as James, Co-founded Ctrip.com International Ltd. in 1999 and is its Executive Chairman since August 2003. Mr. Liang is an Independent Director of SINA Corp. since December 18, 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. from March 1, 2013 to November 16, 2016. Mr. Liang co-founded Homeinns Hotel Group (also known as Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc.). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. from 2000 to January 2006. He held a number of technical and managerial positions with Oracle Corporation from 1991 to 1999 in the U.S. and China, including the Head of the ERP consulting division of Oracle China from 1997 to 1999. He has been Chairman of the Board of Qunar Cayman Islands Limited since January 4, 2016. He served as Chairman of Ctrip.com International, Ltd. from August 2003 to November 16, 2016. He serves as the Director of eHi, BTG Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd., Home Inns Group and Tuniu. Mr. Liang has been a Director of Qunar Cayman Islands Limited since October 26, 2015 and MakeMyTrip Limited since January 27, 2016. He serves as Independent Director of Jiayuan.com International Ltd. He has been an Independent Director of Homeinns Hotel Group (formerly, Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc) since April 2002. He has been a Director of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since June 1999. He served as a Director of Tuniu Corporation since July 1, 2014 until May 2017. He served as an Independent Director of 51job Inc., from October 2010 to July 1, 2014. Mr. Liang received his Master's in Computer Science and Bachelor's degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology. He attended an undergraduate program at Fudan University. He received a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University in 2011. He holds MS in Engineering from Tsinghua University.

Mr. Min Fan, also known as Alfred, is a Co-founder of Ctrip.com International Ltd. and has been the President since February 2009 and its Vice Chairman since March 1, 2013. Mr. Fan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. from January 2006 to February 2013. He is a founding stockholder of Home Inns & Hotels Management, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of China Resources Gas Group Limited from March 21, 2008 to November 3, 2008. He served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd from October 31, 2005 to December 1, 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd from November 2004 to January 2006. and served as its Executive Vice President from 2000 to November 2004. Mr. Fan has more than 13 years of experience in travel-related industries. From 1997 to 2000, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Travel Service Company. From 1990 to 1997, he served as the Deputy General Manager and in a number of other senior positions at Shanghai New Asia Hotel Management Company, which was one of the leading hotel management companies in China. He has been Chairman of Ctrip Travel Holdings, Ltd. since March 1, 2013. Mr. Fan has been a Director of ChinaEdu Corporation since October 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Leju Holdings Limited since April 2014. He has been a Director of Huazhu Hotels Group Ltd., (formerly, China Lodging Group, Limited ) since March 2010; PerfectEnergy International Limited since August 25, 2007 and Ctrip.com International Ltd. since October 2006. He serves as a Director of Joyu Tourism Operating Group. He served as an Independent Director of 500.com Limited from November 21, 2013 to November 22, 2014. He served as Executive Director of China Resources Gas Group Limited from March 21, 2008 to November 3, 2008. Mr. Fan received his master's degree in management sciences and bachelor's degree in industrial management sciences (1990) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Qi Ji serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Hanting Hotels Inc. Mr. Ji is a Co-Founder of Huazhu Hotels Group Ltd (alternate name: China Lodging Group, Limited) and served as its Chief Executive Officer since January 3, 2012 until May 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of China Lodging Group Limited until August 2009. He co-founded Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc., or Home Inns and served as its Chief Executive Officer from January 2001 to January 2005. He co-founded Ctrip.com International Ltd. in 1999 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until December 2001. Prior to Ctrip, Mr. Ji served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Sunflower High-Tech Group, which he founded in 1997. He headed the East China Division of Beijing Zhonghua Yinghua Intelligence System Co., Ltd. from 1995 to 1997. He has been an Executive Chairman of the Board at China Lodging Group, Limited since February 2007. He has been an Independent Director of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since June 1999. He has been the Member of the Board of Directors of UBOX International Holdings Co., Limited since 2012. He served as an Independent Director of Taomee Holdings Ltd. since June 2011. He served as a Director of Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc., from 2002 to January 2005. Mr. Ji received both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Ms. Xiaofan Wang, also known as Cindy, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since November 5, 2013 and Executive Vice President since May 2016 and served as its a Vice President since January 2008 and Controller. Ms. Wang joined Ctrip.com International Ltd. in 2001 and held a number of managerial positions. Prior to this, she served as Finance Manager in China eLabs, a venture capital firm from 2000 to 2001. Previously, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhongtian CPAs Company Limited. Ms. Wang received her Master's degree from Catholic University Leuven, Belgium and her Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Ms. Maohua Sun has been Chief Operating Officer at Ctrip since November 2016. Ms. Maohua Sun served as an Executive Vice President of Ctrip since January 2015. Ms. Sun has been a Senior Vice President of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since December 2009. Ms. Sun served as a Vice President of Ctrip.com International Ltd. since January 2005. Ms. Sun joined Ctrip.com International Ltd. in 2000 and held a number of managerial positions. Prior to this, she worked at the Jinjiang Group, a hotel management company in China, from 1994 to 2000. She has been Chairman of eLong Inc. since May 2015 and has been its Director since May 22, 2015. Ms. Sun received her Bachelors degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
