Yes, there is a huge pay gap for new employees vs old employees who have been with the company for years.
Meeting are pointless and people just try to find ways to point fingers at each other rather than create a collaborative space.
management needs to lead instead of calling employees out on slack. I doubt this will change since this is how the C class treats managers.
By far the worst culture and it only got worst as we became a larger company. There is no work/life balance. You are expected to work long hours and over time and come back the the next morning even earlier. Mangers make you feel disposable. This comapny needs helps since great talent keeps leaving
