They don't understand what is a fair compensation. Compensations are biased, you get paid better if you are friend with C-suite.
We need better medical benefits. Our spouses and family get poor coverage if added to our plan. And company doesn’t match 401k contribut

Very toxic culture, HR has been doing a very poor job, see non existent. There are just a bunch of incompetent that has no clue on what HR role is. Replace HR head and VP and get real HR leaders.
By far the worst culture and it only got worst as we became a larger company. There is no work/life balance. You are expected to work long hours and over time and come back the the next morning even earlier. Mangers make you feel disposable. This comapny needs helps since great talent keeps leaving

It is too late. Their cash runway is almost gone. They have no products that can bring enough revenue to offset their operational cost that they cannot change. Investors are panicking and for good reasons. Remaining employees should try finding another job soon. The end is close.
management needs to lead instead of calling employees out on slack. I doubt this will change since this is how the C class treats managers.
