- What would you improve about your company's interview process?HR has again no clue on how interviews work. They micromanage interviews and take decisions without even consulting hiring managers.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?It is too late. Their cash runway is almost gone. They have no products that can bring enough revenue to offset their operational cost that they cannot change. Investors are panicking and for good reasons. Remaining employees should try finding another job soon. The end is close.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Very toxic culture, HR has been doing a very poor job, see non existent. There are just a bunch of incompetent that has no clue on what HR role is. Replace HR head and VP and get real HR leaders.
