Mr. Phillip D. Green, also known as Phil, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since March 31, 2016 and served as its President since January 28, 2015 until March 31, 2016. Mr. Green served as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since October 1995 until January 28, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 28, 2015. Mr. Green served as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of Frost Bank, Inc. (formerly The Frost National Bank, Inc.), a subsidiary of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. until January 28, 2015. He joined the Cullen/Frost organization in July 1980 and served in a number of managerial positions in the company's financial division before being named chief financial officer in 1995. He served as Vice President and Controller of Frost Bank from January 1981 to January 1983, as Senior Vice President and Controller of Frost Bank from January 1983 to July 1985. Mr. Green served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Cullen/ Frost from July 1985 to April 1989, as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Cullen/ Frost from May 1989 to October 1995, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cullen/ Frost from October 1995 to July 1998. He served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 1998 to May 2001. He spent three years in public accounting with Ernst & Ernst. Mr. Green served as the President and Director of the South Texas Chapter of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI). He was director and executive committee member of the San Antonio Symphony. He served on the Advisory Committee for Strategic Planning for the Boy Scouts of San Antonio. He serves on the Investment Committee of the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio. Mr. Green graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Gary McKnight has been the Group Executive Vice President of Technology & Operations of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since July 29, 2015. Mr. McKnight has been Executive Vice President of Technology & Operations of Frost Bank subsidiary of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since July 2015. He has been operations division manager since 2001, oversees all information technology, loan operations, data processing and processing operations for Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc.

Mr. Paul H. Bracher has been the President at Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since March 31, 2016. He served as the Chief Risk Officer at Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since January 28, 2015. He served as Chief Credit Officer of The Frost Bank since May 2001 until January 2015. Mr. Perotti has been an Officer of Frost Bank since December 1982.

Mr. Jerry Salinas has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since January 28, 2015 and has been its Group Executive Vice President since January 28, 2015. Mr. Salinas has been Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of Frost Bank, Inc. since 2015. He served as Senior Executive Vice President of Cullen/frost Bankers, Inc. and served as its Treasurer from 1997 to January 2015. Since joining Frost in 1986, he held various financial positions within Frost and Cullen/Frost. He served as Corporate Controller since 1989 and treasurer since 1997 at Frost Bank, Inc. Mr. Salinas served as Senior Executive Vice President of Frost Bank, Inc. since 2001. As Treasurer, he was responsible for all financial and accounting functions for Frost Bank, Inc., and was involved in all acquisitions and capital and debt transactions. Before joining Frost, he worked in public accounting for six years with Touche, Ross & Co. He is a member of AICPA and TSCPA, San Antonio Chapter, a member of Financial Executives International and was a board member of the Alamo Public Telecommunications Council. Mr. Salinas earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a CPA.

Mr. Stanley Erwin McCormick, Jr., J.D., has been a Secretary of Cullen/ Frost Bankers, Inc., since June 1999 and serves as its Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Mr. McCormick has been an Executive Officer of The Frost National Bank at Cullen/ Frost Bankers, Inc., since July 1994. He serves as a Corporate Counsel and Secretary of Frost Investment Advisors, LLC. Mr. McCormick earned a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a degree in Finance from McCombs School of Business.

Mr. Mike Russell has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. January 2018. Mr. Russell served as Vice President of Product Engineering at Airlines Reporting Corporation. Mr. Russell leads ARC's Product Engineering group which powers e-business transformation and product technical development/support. He joined ARC in 2003. In addition to previous experience leading ARC's Tampa office and IAR project, he has broad expertise from serving as a leadership consultant, project management expert, software engineering manager, and Air Force officer. He has worked with a spectrum of organizations from start-ups to very large multinationals in several industries. Mr. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Business Administration/Systems Management.

Ms. Candace Wolfshohl has been the Executive Vice President of Culture & People Development at Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since July 29, 2015. Ms. Wolfshohl has been the Executive Vice President of Culture & People Development at Frost Bank of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. since July 2015. Ms. Wolfshohl joined Frost in 1983, rising to become Leadership Development Manager and Director of training & development in 2006. She served as a Personal Banker, a Training Specialist in staff development, retail operations strategist and statewide call center manager. She worked as a Manager of the client service application support team in IT. She was named Senior Executive Vice President at Cullen/Frost Bankers, in January 2015. Ms. Wolfshohl is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor of science in Sociology.
