As the result of two merged work groups, we knew it would take some time to work out all the kinks required by integration, but the positives are that people are motivated to do so, open to ways of doing things better, and friendly collaborative in accomplishing our goals

The pay is fair for the work required, and the annual bonuses are nice

Very collegial. Also very focused on getting things done. I was in the part of the company that was previously part of a larger organization, and you could never get any changes accomplished. Now we are well informed and empowered.
