Everyone is very inclusive. If someone is going to lunch, they annouce it to the floor, rather than just inviting their friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is constant positive feedback among the workforce. Credit is given where it's due, and people are genuinely happy for each other. When critical feedback is needed, it's delivered fairly and appropriately, in combination with positive feedback.
