They're involved with the entire office. They show up, call people out by name, and give praise to all levels of the organization frequently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is constant positive feedback among the workforce. Credit is given where it's due, and people are genuinely happy for each other. When critical feedback is needed, it's delivered fairly and appropriately, in combination with positive feedback.
