They are engaged with the employees, communicate transparently and are passionate about our mission.

I love our unlimited PTO policy. Everything else is very in line with most tech companies.

I love the people here. They are smart, caring and dedicated. I learn something from my co-workers almost every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
CultureIQ uses a panel interview so you talk to several people at once about what you've really done instead of just going over the basics of your resume four separate times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with our customers. We work with some of the biggest companies in the world and help them create a culture strategy to meet their business objectives. It is so rewarding to see them implement plans that impact their employee experience year over year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a rigorous hiring process so the team is the best in the business. That means you can always learn from them and find new ways to do things. Since everyone is focused on the mission, we all are working together and that creates excitement and energy.
