Mr. Steven J. Issa, also known as Steve, has been Market Chief Lending Officer, Executive Vice President and President of New England Group for Customers Bank since May 2013. Mr. Issa has been the Chief Lending Officer of Customers Bancorp, Inc. since February 1, 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He serves as Market Chief Lending Officer, Executive Vice President and New England Market President of Customers Bank (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania). He has more than 35 years of experience in banking. He served as Managing Director of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President of Flagstar Bank FSB at Flagstar Bancorp Inc. since February 2011. He served as Market Chief Executive Officer of Southern New England Region at Santander Holdings USA, Inc. (a/k/a Sovereign Bancorp Inc.) and Sovereign Bank (Wyomissing, PA). He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Market at Rhode Island Bank. He joined Customers Bank in 2013. Prior to joining Customers, he was with Flagstar Bank in Troy, MI. He also spent 13 years with then Santander (formerly, Sovereign Bank), where he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the New England middle market and specialty groups. He served as a Director of Business Development Company of Rhode Island. He served in a variety of executive positions at Shawmut Bank and Old Stone Bank. He has been a Director of The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company since June 22, 2017. Mr. Issa is an active member of his community, serving on the Boards of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, Delta Dental of Rhode Island, Miriam Hospital and the Governor's Commodore Advisory Group. Mr. Issa holds an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from Bryant University.

Mr. Richard A. Ehst has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Customers Bank (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania) and its parent Customers Bancorp, Inc. since August 2009 and April 2010 respectively. Mr. Ehst has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of New Century Bank since August 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Middle Market, Mid-Atlantic Division of Sovereign Bank. Before this role, he served as the Regional President for Berks County from 2004 to 2009 and Managing Director of Corporate Communications for Sovereign from 2000 to 2004 where his responsibilities included reputation risk management and marketing services support systems. Mr. Ehst also began serving as a member of the County of Berks Workforce Investment board of directors in 2009. Before joining Sovereign Bank, Mr. Ehst served as an independent consultant to more than 70 financial institutions in the mid-Atlantic region, including Sovereign Bank, where he provided guidance on regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions and risk management. Mr. Ehst has superior knowledge and lengthy experience of the banking industry, as well as superlative business development skills which provide significant value to the board. He has been a Director at Customers 1st Bancorp, Inc. and New Century Bank since 2009.

Mr. Robert E. Wahlman, also known as Bob, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Customers Bancorp, Inc. and Customers Bank (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania). Mr. Wahlman serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Customers Bancorp, Inc and Customers Bank (Phoenixville, Pennsylvania) since August 5, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial & Investment Officer of Doral Financial Corp. a holding company of Doral Bank, FSB from March 25, 2009 to May 17, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Doral Financial Corp. He has oversight of all corporate finance, accounting and investment operations of Doral Financial Corp. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Lynch & Co. at U.S. Bank Group from June 2007 to February 2009. He has 25 years of experience in bank accounting and finance management. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Doral Financial Corp. from March 16, 2012 to September 20, 2012. He served as Merrill Lynch Bank USA Chief Financial Officer from June 2005 to June 2007 and prior to that appointment, he served as Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Chief Financial Officer from June 2003 to June 2005. From January 2001 to June 2003, he served as U.S. Bank Group Controller for Merrill Lynch and Co. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust, where he had oversight for the financial management, internal controls structure and financial reporting of a grouping of U.S.-based banks with approximately $100 billion in aggregate assets. He had been with CIGNA Corporation as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Cigna's four life insurance subsidiaries from September 1998 to January 2001. He served as Director of Doral Bank, FSB at Doral Financial Corp. He served in a number of key senior finance roles at financial services companies such as Bank One Corporation. Mr. Wahlman holds a BA in Economics and History and an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
