Mr. Rosenbaum has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of CVD Equipment Corporation since October 1982. He was employed by a division of General Instrument from 1966 to 1971. He served as the President and principal stockholder of Nav-Tec Industries, manufacturer of semiconductor processing equipment similar to the type of equipment manufactured from 1971 to October 1982. He has over 30 years of expertise in the research, design and manufacturing of semiconductor processing equipment. Mr. Rosenbaum has been the Chairman of the Board of CVD Equipment Corporation since 1982 and as its Director since October 1982. Mr. Rosenbaum served as a Director of Nav-Tec Industries from 1971 to October 1982.

Dr. Karlheinz Strobl has been a Vice President of Business Development of CVD Equipment Corporation since October 2007. Dr. Strobl's responsibilities include new product, process and market development and identifying and optimizing the strategic opportunities between CVD and the emerging nano, solar and clean energy markets, as well as other new technology-driven markets. Prior to joining CVD, Dr. Strobl worked in a variety of startup, turnaround and corporate environments, in industries such as optics, medical, electroforming and thin film coatings. He founded eele Laboratories in 1997 and served as its president. Dr. Strobl also held the positions of Post-Doctoral researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico and Research Scientist at both the University of Iowa and the University of Rome, Italy. He has contributed to 43 publications and conference presentations in various disciplines. He has won multiple industry awards, including a Photonics Circle of Excellence Award for a medical product, an Industry R&D 100 Award for a non-invasive cancer detection system and many funding grants including a Phase I and Phase II United States Display Consortium grant for a custom electrochemical and thin film based technology required to commercialize a novel projection display light source. He holds 14 patents. Dr. Strobl holds an MBA from Boston University, an M.S., in Theoretical Physics from the University of Innsbruck, Austria, an M.S. from the University of Padua, Italy and a PhD in experimental Physics from the University of Innsbruck, Austria for research work at the Max Plank Institute in Garching, Germany.

Dr. Steven Aragon has been the Chief Operating Officer of CVD Equipment Corporation since October 20, 2014. Dr. Aragon was a Co-founder of Optimus Energy Systems International Inc. and served as its Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering. Prior to his service at Optimus Energy Systems International, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Stion Corporation since June 3, 2008. He served as the Vice President of Engineering at Daystar Technologies Inc. since July 1, 2004. He has over 25 years of chemical science and materials expertise in the areas of chemical physics, spectroscopic detection and diagnostics, vacuum system design, plasma source design and process development, thin film device manufacture and electronic, optical and magnetic materials development. Prior to joining DayStar, Dr. Aragon served as Program Manager of DC Plasma Power Products at Advanced Energy Industries. While at Advanced Energy, he was primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of new product platforms and directed all elements of engineering design projects. Dr. Aragon also served as Director of Process Engineering and Applications at SciVac/Optcom, where he provided technical leadership in the areas of magnetron source design, reactive sputter process development, DWDM thin film filter manufacturing, flat panel display and DVD materials development. He served as a Process Applications Manager of Vacuum Systems Division of Intevac, Inc. Dr. Aragon established its state-of-the-art Applications Research Center, consisting of the world's most advanced MDP technology in a class 10 pilot line; and managed all Intevac MDP process support activities for customers in Japan, Korean, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States. He also been granted two patents by the U.S. Patent Office: one entitled 'Inverted-Field Circular Magnetron Sputter Device' (Patent USP 6146509) and one entitled 'Sputter Coating System and Method Using Substrate Electrode' (Patent 5891311). Dr. Aragon received a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California in 1990, an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1996, a MS degree in Chemistry from the University of California and a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of Northern Colorado.
