Mr. Paul T. Anthony has been Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Auxilio, Inc. since January 3, 2005 and also serves as its Treasurer. Mr. Anthony served as Executive Vice President at Auxilio, Inc. from January 2012 to August 20, 2015 and also served as its Treasurer until August 20, 2015. Mr. Anthony served as Vice President for Finance and Corporate Controller of Callipso, an IP-based network services company with customized IP platform development capabilities. He served as Controller for IBM-Access360, a provider of enterprise software. He joined Access360 from Nexgenix, Inc. where he served as Corporate Controller. Prior to this, Mr. Anthony held numerous positions in Accounting and Finance at Filenet Corporation, a provider of enterprise content management software applications. He started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Orange County in the Information, Communications & Entertainment practice. Mr. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Sean T. Hughes serves as an Executive Vice President of Managed Document Services at Auxilio Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Operations since 2014. Mr. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles within mid to large healthcare delivery systems and has spent the last 15 years in a variety of senior Information Technology leadership roles. Mr. Hughes has specialized in developing highly efficient and cost effective service delivery organizations utilizing technology coupled with process re-engineering to achieve business goals and strategies. His understanding of the business needs and challenges of today's healthcare organizations, coupled with his personal experience as a key customer stakeholder of the Auxilio programs, positions Auxilio to deliver programs designed to meet the needs of its customers. Prior to joining Auxilio, he held a variety of key leadership roles for Catholic Health East (now Trinity Health) including Vice President of Service Management, Vice President, Chief Information Service Administrative Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. His experience included daily accountabilities of service delivery across all customer locations, Service Level Management, Information Services strategy and execution, acquisitions and divestitures, financial management and reporting as well as the development and implementation of an Enterprise Information Security program.

Mr. Adam Hawkins has been Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CynergisTek, Inc since September 2017 and served as its Vice President of Sales since June 2015 until September 2017. Mr. Hawkins serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CTEK Security, Inc. He has spent over 10 years in healthcare working in information security and clinical technologies. Having spoken at ISSA, HCCA and HFMA events, he has made it his personal mission to translate IT ???geek speak??? into understandable terms for the healthcare industry. He is responsible for the sales and marketing operations at CynergisTek, as well as the strategic planning, development and implementation of the company's Managed Services and Vendor Security Management offerings. He originally joined CynergisTek as Director of Client Services in 2012. He served as Director of Technology at VisionTree Software, Inc.

Dr. Michael G. Mathews, Ph.D, CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT co-founded CynergisTek, Inc. in 2003 and has been ts President and Chief Operating Officer since 2003. Dr. Mathews has been Chief Operating Officer of Auxilio, Inc. since May 2, 2017. Dr. Mathews served as an Executive Vice President of Security Operations of Auxilio, Inc. since January 13, 2017. He served as Chief Operating & Technology Officer at CynergisTek, Inc. Dr. Mathews directs all facets of service delivery and the day-to-day operations of CynergisTek. He is also the chief technologist and a subject matter expert in information security architecture and security assessments, risk analysis, policy development, network security and host-based security across the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, transportation, publication, Internet, telecommunication, petrochemical, government and defense industries. He served as the Chief Security Officer at Parkland Health and Hospital System. Dr. Mathews also served as the Master Security Architect for Exodus Communications and Senior Network Engineer for TRW Space & Defense, where he provided services to the United States Air Force and National Security Agency. Dr. Mathews is the author of the VISA USA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) audit standard for third parties. He has been a Director of Auxilio, Inc. since January 13, 2017. His certifications include CCIE, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT, CRISC, RHCE, SCNA/SCSA, MCSE2K. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Tulane University, an MBA from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and philosophy from Spring Hill College.
