Prof. Patrick S. Daugherty,Ph.D. Founded CytomX Therapeutics, LLC and serves as its a Member of Scientific Advisory Board and served as its Chief Scientific Officer. Prof. Daugherty serves as a Professor of Chemical Engineering and Biomolecular Science and Engineering at UCSB. Prof. Daugherty was a Virology-Oncology Senior Research Fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from 1999 to 2001 and joined the faculty at UC-Santa Barbara in 2001. Prof. Daugherty served as a Board Member of CytomX Therapeutics, LLC. Prof. Daugherty is a leading expert in protein and peptide engineering using bacterial display technology. He is the recipient of a National Science Foundation Career Award (2005), and the Camille Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Award (2006). He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.

Mr. Frederick W. Gluck, also known as Fred, is the Co-Founder of both CytomX and Cynvenio Biosystems and serves as the Chairman of the Board at Cynenio Biosystems, Inc. Mr. Gluck has served as a Senior Counselor to McKinsey & Company, Inc. from July 1998 to July 2003 and from 1988 to 1994, he was the Managing Director at the firm. At McKinsey, Mr. Gluck consulted extensively with U.S., European and Far East companies, with particular emphasis in the telecommunications, electronics, heavy-machinery and healthcare industries. Under his leadership, McKinsey doubled in size and greatly expanded its international presence, particularly in Asia and Latin America. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC. He serves on the Harvard Business School Board of Directors of the Associates and the Board of the International Executive Service Corps. He serves as Co-Chairman of TrueVision Systems, Inc. He served as Chairman of the Board at CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Gluck has served as Vice Chairman and Director at Bechtel Group Inc. from 1995 to 1998. He serves as a Director of Amgen Inc. He served as Treasurer of Cottage Health System. Mr. Gluck also serves as a Director of New York Presbyterian Hospital and Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. He has been a Director at CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2010. He served as a Director of Cottage Health System. He served as Independent Director of HCA Inc. and of GVI Security Solutions Inc., from October 1994 to May 2005. Mr. Gluck served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Act Networks Inc., Scient Enterprises, Inc. and CrossWorlds Software Inc. Mr. Gluck received a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from New York University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.
