
It's extremely difficult to gauge how long the sales cycle will last. We have customers that close relatively quickly (3-4 months) and others that drag almost a year or more based on the complexity of the deal. It also depends on the current resource constraints...when they are tight things tend to become extremely difficult to sell and move across the finish line. There are some resources that don't have a backup or 2nd in line so if you can't get them you just have to wait.
