What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what employees need to succeed and having the right resources. We are very understaffed in critical roles
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonus, training on new technology.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's frustrating that every year the benefits costs increase significantly. There is no stock/equity at all and the company keeps cutting.

There are too many people coming/going at the company. Turnover is getting worse and it seems like it's always out of nowhere.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tenured employees are often paid significantly less than new employees. They never really bump people up unless you make a huge stink.
