Mr. Stephen C. Jumper has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of TGC Industries Inc. since February 11, 2015. Mr. Jumper has been the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Dawson Geophysical Company since January 2013, January 25, 2006 and January 25, 2001 respectively. Mr. James Walter Thomas, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Dawson Geophysical Company since February 2015. Mr. Thomas served as the Chief Technology Officer of Dawson Geophysical Company since January 2012. Mr. Thomas served as a Vice President and Chief Geophysicist of Dawson Geophysical Company since May 2007. He has over 50 years of combined experience in the seismic industry. He joined Dawson Geophysical Co. in 2002 in the Midland office. Prior thereto, he was with Phillips Petroleum.

Mr. Wayne A. Whitener has been President of TGC Industries Inc., since July 1986. Mr. Whitener served as the Chief Executive Officer of TGC Industries Inc. since January 1999 until February 11, 2015. He served as the President of Geophysical (a division of TGC Industries Inc.) since 1984. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of TGC Industries Inc. from July 1986 to December 1998; served as Vice President of TGC from 1983 to July 1986; Area Manager for Grant Geophysical Co. from December 1978 to July 1983. He served as the President of Tidelands Geophysical Co., Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TGC, since 1987. He has been a Vice Chairman of TGC Industries Inc., and Dawson Geophysical Company since February 11, 2015. Mr. Whitener has been a Director of Dawson Geophysical Company and TGC Industries Inc. since 1984 He has been a Director of Chase Packaging Corp. since June 5, 2009. He served as a Director of Supreme Industries, Inc. since 2008 until September 27, 2017.

Mr. C. Ray Tobias has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of TGC Industries Inc. since February 11, 2015. Mr. Tobias has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Dawson Geophysical Company since January 25, 2006 and since January 2001 respectively. He joined Dawson Geophysical Company in 1990 and served as its Vice President since September 1997. Prior to joining Dawson Geophysical Co., Mr. Tobias was employed by Geo Search Corporation where he served as an Operations Supervisor. He supervises client relationships and survey cost quotations to clients. He served as a Director of Dawson Geophysical Company from January 2001 to January 25, 2005. He serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Geophysical Contractors and is the past President of the Permian Basin Geophysical Society.

Mr. James K. Brata has been Chief Financial Officer of Dawson Geophysical Company since February 11, 2015, has been Executive Vice President & Treasurer since February 2015 and has been its Secretary since May 5, 2016. Mr. Brata served as Chief Financial Officer of TGC Industries Inc. since October 23, 2008 and Executive Vice President since February 2015. He served as Vice President of TGC Industries Inc. since June 16, 2008. Mr. Brata served as a Secretary and Treasurer of TGC Industries Inc. from March 2009 to February 11, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until February 11, 2015. Mr. Brata served as an Assistant Corporate Controller of Sport Supply Group. Mr. Brata was also a consultant with KPMG LLP and Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Brata served in a variety of capacities at publicly traded companies including Sport Supply Group, Research Institute of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, part of Hewlett Packard Company and Mitchell Energy and Development Corporation which was acquired by Devon Energy Corporation. Mr. Brata owned and operated South TX Outfitters from July 2002 to December 2006. Mr. Brata is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Brata holds a B.S. degree in Accounting a M.B.A. in Finance.

Mr. Kevin Werth serves as Chief Geophysicist at Dawson Geophysical Company. Mr. Werth supports 2-D and 3-D design and seismic acquisitions in the Mid-Continent and West Texas areas as well as the Appalachian Basin in the Northeast U.S. He has worked for twenty-seven years in the seismic industry, ten years as a Design Geophysicist with WesternGeco in Oklahoma City/Midland/Denver and the past five-and-a half-years as an Area Geophysicist with Dawson Geophysical Company in Oklahoma City. Mr. Werth received a B.S. degree in Liberal Arts at Hastings College in Nebraska and has completed postgraduate in Geology in Dallas, Texas.
