Mr. Philip L. Hawkins, also known as Phil, has been the Chief Executive Officer of DCT Industrial Trust Inc. since October 10, 2006 and has been its President January 15, 2016 and has been its Director since October 10, 2006. Mr. Hawkins joined the DCT Industrial Trust in 2006 he has led its efforts to expand its operating platform, grow its portfolio and build its development and value-add capabilities. He serves as a Governor of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts as well as its Board of Governors, the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Roundtable. He was also a Member of LaSalle's Board of Directors and was responsible for running LaSalle's asset services business. Mr. Michael J. Ruen, also known as Mike, has been Managing Director of East Region at DCT Industrial Trust Inc. since 2008. Previously, Mr. Ruen served as Senior Vice President from 2005 to 2007 and Managing Director of Development since 2007 at the DCT and was responsible for capital deployment in the eastern United States and development. Mr. Ruen served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions of Eastern Region at Dividend Capital Trust. He has several years of experience in real estate. Most recently, he spent nine years with ProLogis in various positions, including first Vice President and Market Officer with responsibility over development, acquisition and portfolio operations for the state of Tennessee. Previously, he had similar responsibilities for Denver, Birmingham and Chattanooga after managing the leasing and marketing activities for Atlanta. Prior to joining ProLogis, he was with CB Richard Ellis-Atlanta, where he was responsible for various institutional account activities, including general brokerage. He also served as Employee of DCT's former advisor. He holds a an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Mr. John G. Spiegleman, J.D., has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at DCT Industrial Trust Inc. since May 17, 2011. Mr. Spiegleman is responsible for all legal, risk management and compliance matters for DCT Industrial. He serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CIVF I-KY1M01-KY1M06 & KY1W01, LLC and CIVF I-GA1W14, LLC. He has more than 20 years of legal and real estate experience. He served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Aimco since 2006. He served as the Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Apartment Investment & Management Co. He served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Miller Global Properties since 2006. He serves as a Director at CIVF I-KY1M01-KY1M06 & KY1W01, LLC and CIVF I-GA1W14, LLC. Mr. Spiegleman holds BA in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Boulder School of Law.

Neil P. Doyle has more than 25 years of real estate experience and has been with DCT Industrial Trust Inc. since 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Doyle served as Executive Vice President of Infrastructure and Transportation at CenterPoint Properties Trust (???CenterPoint???) where he was responsible for the development of logistics-based industrial parks at key intermodal and port markets throughout the U.S., including several large-scale brownfield industrial redevelopments as well as the 6,000 acre Joliet Intermodal Center. Prior to CenterPoint, Mr. Doyle was employed at The Walsh Group, one of the nation's largest general contractors, where he served in project management roles within both the building and heavy/highway divisions. Mr. Doyle holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. He has been actively involved with the Intermodal Association of North America, the Retail Industry Leaders Association, the America Association of Port Authorities, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and is a current Member of NAIOP, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
