more compensation and treating lower positions with respect
the customer service is up and down but generally pretty comfortable
we all know how to work together and run the store properly.
upper management needs to listen more to the lower positioned workers. they choose to disregard us as people and our opinions and it needs to stop.
for the amount of work that i do and take on, i feel i deserve more pay. it is unfair that i am relied on so heavily and do not get compensated for it properly.
