What do you like best about the leadership team?
Directions to complete print development were very clear and because of that projects were completed effectively
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
upper management needs to listen more to the lower positioned workers. they choose to disregard us as people and our opinions and it needs to stop.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not feeling undervalyed but i worked tgere on a freelance basis and did not have benefits
for the amount of work that i do and take on, i feel i deserve more pay. it is unfair that i am relied on so heavily and do not get compensated for it properly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we all know how to work together and run the store properly.

Being friendly and human, caring about the team members
the customer service is up and down but generally pretty comfortable

Clearer goals, better org structure, informed decision making
