I met with 4 employees from Desalitech including the CEO, Nadav - It was a 4 hour diligent interview. Nadav's passion for Desalitech was truly inspiring!
The leaders at Dealitech allow for complete autonomy in my role. We are told daily that "You are your own CEO". Micro-managing doesn't exist here in Desalitech. It is truly a "work hard play harder" environment.
-UNLIMITED VACATION -paid on created opportunities AND closed deals -percentage of each sale from the team is pooled together and split at the end of each quarter thus promoting teamwork with a "I win we all win attitude"
We are a small company so we really have a family culture here. There is complete transparency from the top all the way down the ladder. Definitely a breathe of fresh air compared to my last work place which was equally as small but had a "high school cliquey" type culture.
