Some of them are genuinely very kind and caring people. I feel seen as a person.
I felt like they wanted to know me as a person - not just what I can do in my position.
DHR has been told for years they underpay their research and support staff. Nothing has ever been done about it. It's very much a burn and churn atmosphere. Making any effort to listen and rectify this with bringing employees up to market value would help, but I don't see it happening.
