He worked for ConocoPhillips Company as a Senior Drilling Engineer from January 2004 to June 2006 and as a Process Engineer from 2001 to 2003. He was a Production Engineer for Burlington Resources from 1998 to 2001 as well as from June 2003 to January 2004. He has been a Director of Viper Energy Partners GP LLC, General Partner of Viper Energy Partners LP since June 18, 2014. Mr. Hollis earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1998 and is a member of SPE.

Mr. Molnar has been an Executive Vice President of Exploration and Business Development at Diamondback Energy, Inc. since March 15, 2017 and its Executive Vice President of Business Development and Geoscience since April 26, 2017 until May 17, 2017. He served as Vice President of Geoscience at Windsor Permian LLC since August 2011. Mr. Molnar served as a Vice President of Geologist at Windsor Energy, Inc. He worked as an Asset Supervisor and Geosciences Supervisor for ConocoPhillips Company from April 2006 to February 2011. He has over 31 years of industry experience. Mr. Molnar was instrumental in their entrance into the Bakken horizontal play in 2003. He joined Exxon in 1981 where he held various technical positions in their Exploration, Production Operations, Reservoir Technology, Joint Interest and New Ventures groups. He is a member of the West Texas Geologic Society, the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, by whom he is recognized as a Certified Petroleum Geologist. He has authored several geologic publications and is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the states of Texas and Wyoming. He worked for one year with Core Labs as a well site geologist in Oklahoma. Mr. Molnar holds BS in Geoscience from the NY State College at Buffalo in 1978 and an MS in Geology from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1981.

Mr. Thomas F. Hawkins serves as Senior Vice President of Land - Viper Energy Partners GP LLC at Viper Energy Partners LP. Mr. Hawkins has been Senior Vice President of Land at Diamondback Energy, Inc. since March 15, 2017. He served as an independent Consultant for Land Activities from July 2016 to February 2017. Mr. Hawkins has over 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Hawkins spent 7 years with Oasis Petroleum, an active oil and gas company in the Williston Basin, as their Senior Vice President of Land or similar capacities from March 2009 to June 2016 at which time he retired. He previously retired from ConocoPhillips in February 2009 after spending 31 years with ConocoPhillips and Burlington Resources (which ConocoPhillips acquired in 2006). During that time, Mr. Hawkins held various operations and managerial positions in Land, Marketing, Planning and the Corporate Acquisitions and Divestitures groups. Mr. Hawkins has worked in several major regions in the continental United States, including the San Juan Basin, the Williston Basin and the Austin Chalk/Wilcox Trends in South Texas. Mr. Hawkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.
