Mr. Mark W. Brugger has been the Chief Executive Officer at Diamondrock Hospitality Company since September 1, 2008 and has been its President since May 1, 2013. Mr. Brugger co-founded Diamondrock Hospitality Company in 2004 and successfully led its initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange the following year. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at Diamondrock Hospitality Company from May 2004 to August 31, 2008. Mr. Brugger has an extensive background in real estate, capital markets and structured finance, including as Vice President of Project Finance at Marriott International, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Synthetic Fuel Enterprises, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marriott International, Inc. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Brugger served as Vice President of Investment Sales at Transwestern Commercial Services LLC. He served as an Independent Trustee of Chambers Street Properties from September 17, 2013 to September 4, 2015. Mr. Brugger has been a Director of Diamondrock Hospitality Company since September 1, 2008. From 1995 to 1997, he was the Land Development Director for Coscan Washington, Inc. Mr. Brugger served as a Trustee of Gramercy Property Trust Inc. until September 04, 2015. He has received recognition for his work at DiamondRock, including being named to the Forbes list of America's Most Powerful CEOs 40 and Under and a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Mr. Brugger received a J.D. from the Washington School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland in 1992.

Mr. Thomas G. Healy, also known as Tom, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Asset Management at DiamondRock Hospitality Company since January 16, 2017. Previously, Mr. Healy served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Asset Management at Strategic Hotels and Resorts since 2006. He has oversight responsibility for multiple brands, including Four Seasons, Fairmont, Marriott, Intercontinental, Hyatt and Loews Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Healy joined Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in 2006. He served as Vice President of Asset Management at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Mr. Healy has several years of hotel experience, primarily in development and hotel operations. Prior to joining Strategic Hotels, he served in development, property operations, sales and marketing roles for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Healy has served as the general manager for various properties. He was also general manager for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw the opening of the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel & Convention Center and has served in a general manager capacity for many other brands. He has held positions on multiple boards, including the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, Overland Park Convention and Visitors Bureau, Central New Jersey Boy Scouts of America and Eden Institute's Autism Services Works Board. Mr. Healy received numerous awards for his contributions, including Turnaround Hotel of the Year for Westin Hotels & Resorts. He earned a Masters with Distinction (MSc) in Hospitality and Tourism Leadership from the Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde and is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University where he earned a BS Hospitality Management.

Mr. Troy G. Furbay has been the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Diamondrock Hospitality Company since April 9, 2014. Mr. Furbay served as the Chief Investment Officer at Loews Hotels, Inc. since February 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Developments at Loews Hotels, Inc., from November 2010 to February 2013. Mr. Furbay served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group, LLC since 2001. Mr. Furbay received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 1989 and an M.B.A. from Fordham University in 1995.

Mr. Sean M. Mahoney is DiamondRock Hospitality Company's (the ???Company???) Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since September 2008. He was recently named to the Institutional Investor 2017 All-America Executive Team. Previously, he served as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller from his hiring in August 2004 until September 2008. Previously, he served as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in McLean, Virginia. During 2002 and 2003, he served as Director in the Dublin, Ireland audit practice of KPMG, LLP. From 1993 to 2001, He worked in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Mahoney received a B.S. from Syracuse University in 1993.

Mr. William J. Tennis, also known as Bill, has been an Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Diamondrock Hospitality Company since January 4, 2010. Mr. Tennis worked for 17 years at Marriott International, Inc. initially in various capacities in the Law Department. More recently, Mr. Tennis has served in a business capacity as Senior Vice President responsible for the Global Asset Management Group. In this role, he was involved in numerous hotel restructurings and transactions with various hotel owners and lenders. He joined the legal department of Marriott in 1992 after practicing corporate law in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other corporate finance transactions with the law firm of Richards & O'Neil. Mr. Tennis graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Harvard University and received a Juris Doctorate from New York University Law School.
