Mr. Bruce L. Davis has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Digimarc Corporation since 1997 and served as its President. Mr. Davis has more than 25 years of experience establishing and managing new businesses to foster development of major new technology markets and drive early adoption of novel digital technologies ranging from video games and computer entertainment, to electronic TV program guides, and most recently, digital watermarking and secure identity management systems. He has developed a keen understanding of the possibilities and pitfalls associated with fostering the diffusion of innovative technologies into emerging markets. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of L-1 Secure Credentialing, Inc. since December 1997. He served as the President of L-1 Secure Credentialing, Inc. from December 1997 to May 2001. He served as the President of Titan Broadband Communications, from April 1997 to December 1997. He served as the President of Prevue Networks, Inc., from July 1996 to February 1997. Mr. Davis founded TV Guide On Screen and served as its President from January 1993 to July 1996. He has been the Chairman of Digimarc Corporation since 2002. He previously served as a Director of Digimarc Corporation since December 1997. Mr. Davis received a BS in Accounting and Psychology and an MA in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany and a JD from Columbia University.

Mr. Charles Beck has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Digimarc Corporation since November 5, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and oversees information technology. Mr. Beck served as Controller of Digimarc Corporation since May 14, 2012 until November 5, 2013. Mr. Beck served as Senior Manager of KPMG LLP, which provides audit, tax and advisory services, where he served in various management roles since 2002. Mr. Beck is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Portland.

Mr. Joel Meyer has been an Executive Vice President of Intellectual Property at Digimarc Corporation since May 1, 2011. Mr. Meyer serves as an Executive Vice President of Intellectual Property & Intellectual Property Legal at L-1 Secure Credentialing, Inc. He joined Digimarc in November of 1999 and served as its Vice President of Intellectual Property since September 2004. Prior to joining Digimarc, he was a Partner at Klarquist Sparkman, where his practice particularly focused on advising high tech companies on the protection and enforcement of their IP rights. Mr. Meyer received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Mr. Robert P. Chamness, also known as Bob has been Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Digimarc Corporation (also known as, L-1 Secure Credentialing, Inc.) since May 2003 and May 2003 respectively and served as its Executive Vice President since June 18, 2008. Mr. Chamness served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of L-1 Secure Credentialing, Inc. (formerly, Digimarc Corp.) since May 2003 and February 2002 respectively and also serves as its Executive Vice President. He also served as Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer of Digimarc Corp. Mr. Chamness served as General Counsel and Vice President of Digimarc Corp. since January 2002 and Vice President of Human Resources since October 2002. From July 1995 to 2000, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Harland Financial Solutions, Inc. (formerly, Concentrex Incorporated and CFI proservices Inc.). He also served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Harland Financial Solutions from 1993 to 1995. He retired from Concentrex Incorporated in December 2002. Prior to that, he practiced law in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Indianapolis from 1978 to 1993. From 1985 to March 1993, Mr. Chamness was a Partner with the law firm of McKenna & Fitting, Los Angeles, California and its predecessor. A nationally recognized expert in financial services, he served as President of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and received the American Bankers Association distinguished service award. Mr. Chamness served as a Director of Harland Financial Solutions Inc. from 1993 to 2000. He chaired the consumer financial services committee of the American Bar Association's business law section from 1990 to 1994. Mr. Chamness holds an A.B. cum laude from Wabash College and a J.D. magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law.

Mr. Tony Rodriguez has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Digimarc Corporation since January 01, 2016. Mr. Rodriguez joined Digimarc in 1996 and has been a leader of innovation efforts at Digimarc. He has 25 years of experience in computer science and image processing research and development. At Digimarc, Mr. Rodriguez has held senior software engineering and research positions, focused on the development and application of digital watermarking and other content identification technologies. Before joining Digimarc, Mr. Rodriguez worked at Intel Architecture Labs as a senior software engineer focused on video segmentation and streaming technologies. Mr. Rodriguez has a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington and an Executive M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Aimee Arana serves as the EVP Sales and Business Development of Digimarc. Aimee currently resides in the Portland, Oregon Area.

George Rieck serves as the Vice President Government Programs of Digimarc. George currently resides in the Corvallis, Oregon Area.

Mark Belfiglio serves as the Vice President Key Account Sales of Digimarc. Mark currently resides in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area.
