My team is under fantastic leadership! Our manager has great qualities that foster the values of working together, challenging each other, listening to our customers, and being mindful about making decisions using facts not personal preferences.

I really appreciate how each member of the Digital Pharmacist leadership team is actually knowledgable and capable in their role. They're also humble and genuine in their interactions with everyone else in the company, generously sharing their time to mentor employees as needed.

I like how departments don't matter in the sense that everyone is just friendly with and accepting of everyone else. There are no cliques or favoritism happening. It doesn't feel like we have separate self-serving goals. It feels like we are all working towards the same objectives!
