Dr. Keh-Shew Lu, Ph.D. has been Chief Executive Officer of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. since November 24, 2015. Dr. Lu serves as the President and Partner of Pu-Shin Investment Corp. Dr. Lu has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Diodes Incorporated since June 1, 2005. He serves as an Advisor and Representative of Winbond Electronics Corp. He is a Representative of Da-Song Investment Co., Ltd. Dr. Lu serves as a Senior Deputy Director of Memory Products and Analogy & Mixed Signal and Logic Products. He was an Advisor to WK Technology Fund. He is a semiconductor industry veteran with a distinguished 27-year career at Texas Instruments, where he served as a Senior Vice President of TI's worldwide Analog, Logic and Mixed-Signal business group. Dr. Lu's responsibilities included all aspects of the mixed-signal system and end-equipment businesses for TI worldwide, including design, process and product development, manufacturing and marketing. His business areas included the mixed-signal portion of TI's digital signal processing solutions, display solutions and mixed-signal wireless communications and RF. Dr. Lu served as Manager of TI's worldwide memory business from 1996 to 1998. He is a co-owner of Texastac Investments L.P.. He served as the President at TI Asia from 1994 to 1998, where he had responsibility for all of TI's activities in Asia excluding Japan. Since beginning his career at TI in 1974, Dr. Lu has held a number of technical and managerial positions within TI's Semiconductor Group, including a Vice President and Division Manager of the Linear Products Division. He served as an Asia President at TI from 1994 to 1997, reinforcing his long-standing business relationships in the region. He serves as the Chairman of LedEngin, Inc. and Asia American Citizen's Council. Dr. Lu served as the Chairman at Triscend. He has been a Director of Lite-On Technology Corp. since April 19, 1990. Dr. Lu has been a Director of Diodes Incorporated since 2001. He has been a Director of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. since November 24, 2015. Dr. Lu serves as a Director of Lite-On China Holding Co., Ltd., LedEngin, Inc., Lorentz Solutions and Piconetics. Dr. Lu has been a Director of Nuvoton Technology Corporation since March 14, 2008. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University's Asian Studies Program. He served as a Director at Winbond Electronics Corp. from July 1, 2002 to April 30, 2008 and RAE Systems Inc. from April 2009 to June 16, 2011. He served as a Director of Texas Instruments Inc. until September 30, 2015. Dr. Lu served as a Director at Resonext, Zeevo, Inc. and Microfabrica Inc. Dr. Lu holds a Master's degree as well as a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.

Mr. Francis Tang has been the Vice President of Worldwide Discrete Products at Diodes Inc. since May 2006 and served as its Global Product Manager from August 2005 to May 2006. Mr. Tang has over 20 years of experience in the areas of digital/analog/mixed signal product development and customer support. Mr. Tang served as Vice President of Product Development at Diodes Inc. since May 25, 2006. Mr. Tang served as a General Manager of T2 Microelectronics Shanghai and Xian, China, a wholly owned subsidiary of Acer Labs, Inc., where from 2001 to 2005 he led multiple SoC product development projects. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Tang worked for Acer Labs, Inc. USA in San Jose, California, where he was responsible for strategic marketing and mixed signals IP developments. Prior to that, Mr. Tang held various engineering and marketing positions at National Semiconductor Corp. in Santa Clara, California for 16 years. Mr. Tang holds Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri - Rolla.

Mr. Richard D. White has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Diodes Incorporated since May 28, 2009. Mr. White has been Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. since November 24, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Diodes Incorporated since July 10, 2006 and Treasurer from May 28, 2009 to October 10, 2015. He has extensive background in implementing and directing financial practices and procedures for the defense industry. He also has broad and in-depth experience in budget preparation, record keeping and internal and external audit requirements for both defense and manufacturing. Mr. White has 30 years of senior level finance experience, including 25 years at TI, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Production Planning for MOS memory, Controller for TI's Asia Pacific Division in Singapore and various other financial positions in the United States, France and Germany. From 1999 to 2005, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Optisoft, Inc., and from 2005 to 2006, he served as a Partner for Tatum, LLC. He has been Director of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. since November 24, 2015. Mr. White, a licensed certified public accountant, holds a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Evan Yu has been Vice President of Worldwide Analog Products at Diodes Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Yu served as President of Asia of Diodes Inc. until January 2018.

Mr. Hans Rohrer has been the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Diodes Incorporated since July 2008. Prior to this, since December 30, 2005, Mr. Rohrer served as the Chief Executive Officer at Diodes Zetex Semiconductors Limited. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Acuid Corporation. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Rohrer served as the President at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company-Europe (TSMC-Europe), where, in addition to being responsible for the day to day operations, he was instrumental in bringing about a far-reaching technological development project between TSMC, Philips and ST Microelectronics. Mr. Rohrer has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He began his career in R&D at Diehl Data Systems before moving on to Texas Instruments where he held engineering and marketing positions from 1976 to 1980. Mr. Rohrer served as Vice President and General Manager of Europe and Vice President at VLSI/ mixed signal products with National Semiconductor from 1980 to 1998. He has been Chairman of the Board and Director of GreenPeak Technologies B.V. since June 2010. He has been a Director of Diodes Zetex Semiconductors Limited since February 2006. He serves as Director of Systemonic AG. He also served as an Independent Director of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. Mr. Rohrer holds a Master's degree in Electronics from Aalen University and Business Management from Stanford University, California and INSEAD, Paris.
