My current direct leadership is supportive at least to some degree. Communication needs work but at least there is effort to do the right thing. Local Senior leadership is a ghost.
I do feel undervalued as an employee, for the amount of work I take on and effort I put in. As for compensation, a bonus or incremental raises, additional training in my professional role, lower premiums for Healthcare or better 401k matching, and flight benefits would be fantastic...
