Very hands on approach at work

Good leadership with respect to each others and woth fear to God.
My current direct leadership is supportive at least to some degree. Communication needs work but at least there is effort to do the right thing. Local Senior leadership is a ghost.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, employee appreciation, and effieciently running a better operation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free air travel and health insuarance
Dental coverage is very good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
managers and supervisors are very mean and rude with only a very few exceptions. a raise, better equipment, better work environment, employee appreciation
Overworked 20 people's job done by one person, underpaid in that regard
I do feel undervalued as an employee, for the amount of work I take on and effort I put in. As for compensation, a bonus or incremental raises, additional training in my professional role, lower premiums for Healthcare or better 401k matching, and flight benefits would be fantastic...

nothing much besides the few people I work with

It is a very diverse environment
Having the common goal of dynamism when it comes to learning and improvement of each individual
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more people and increase bonuses
Teamwork, communication, accountability, common sense, and engagement

it was smooth and they were communicative

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everything from the leadership, undertrained hires, bad and broken down equipment. Start from the ground up in terms off staff and get better equipment or better mechanics
