Mr. Peter Sulick is Chariman, Chief Executive Officer and President and Director at Dynasil Corp. of America since June 2008. Mr. Sulick was born in Paterson, New Jersey and now resides in both Naples, Florida and Royal Oak, Maryland. Mr. Sulick is an active Director of Without A Box, Inc., a Los Angeles based company servicing the independent film festival industry. In addition to the companies he founded, Mr. Sulick had previously served on the boards of RocketBoard, Inc. and UniSite, Inc., as well as the board of The Community School of Naples.

Dr. Gary J. Bishop, Ph.D. has been Executive Vice President of Photonics at Dynasil Corporation of America since December 01, 2015. Dr. Bishop has more than twenty-five years of experience in operations excellence, sales and marketing. Most recently, Dr. Bishop served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Qioptiq, Inc. Dr. Bishop served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LINOS Photonics, Inc. Dr. Bishop has extensive additional experience in the laser industry, as well as information technology and software development. Dr. Bishop has a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of Hull, in the U.K.

Mr. Lawrence J. Fox served as a Partner of Drinker Biddle Reath since 1976. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Fox served as a Managing Partner of Drinker Biddle Reath. Gen. Fox founded a predecessor to Frontstep in 1979 as a Sole Proprietorship. From 1984 to 1998, Mr. Fox served as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontstep, Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board at Frontstep Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Dynasil Corporation of America since February 1, 2011. He has been a Director of Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund Inc. since 1990, Aberdeen Chile Fund, Inc. since 2006 and Aberdeen Israel Fund Inc. since 2006. Mr. Fox has been a Director at Aberdeen Latin America Equity Fund, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Fox serves as a Director of Alkon Corporation, Emerging Markets Telecommunications Fund Inc. and Winthrop Trust Company. He has been a Non-Interested Trustee of Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund since 2001. Mr. Fox served as a Director of Frontstep, Inc., since 1984. Mr. Fox is a visiting lecturer of law and the Crawford Lecturer at Yale Law School. He was the I. Grant Irey, Jr. adjunct professor at Penn Law School from 2000 to 2008. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Fox was a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. He is the author of a long list of articles that have appeared in regional and national publications, covering a wide variety of subjects with particular emphasis on ethical issues and has written numerous book chapters relating to internal investigations, sanctions, expert witnesses and other topics. Mr. Fox holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a LLB from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Paul M. Schulz has been the President of Evaporated Metal Films Corp November 19, 2007. Mr. Schulz had previous general management experience at Midland Materials and Electro-Tech Machining. He served as Global Vice President Of Operations, Vice President/ General Manager of Pure Carbon Company, Plant Manager and Engineering Manager of Morgan AM&T in Pennsylvania. He joined Dynasil Corporation of America in 2007. Mr. Schulz has a demonstrated track record in delivering quantifiable results in cost reduction, revenue generation and quality improvement, throughout his 25 year career. Furthermore he delivered results for a total of 15 years at Morgan AM&T in Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He has served on various corporate Boards of Directors in both the private and public sectors. Further, Mr. Schulz is a leader in a wide variety of civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Schulz has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.

Mr. Robert Joseph Bowdring, Jr., also known as Rob, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Dynasil Corporation of America since February 1, 2016. Mr. Bowdring has been Treasurer of Secretary of INVO Bioscience, Inc. since September 20, 2016 and its Acting Chief Financial Officer since March 6, 2017 and has been its Consultant since March 2013. Mr. Bowdring has a strong history in senior financial management with more than 35 years experience served in capacities such as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Of Finance and Controller. He is in both public and private manufacturing and service companies during his career. Mr. Bowdring was Chief Financial Officer and principal accounting officer of INVO Bioscience, Inc. from January 2009 until March 2013. He joined INVO Bioscience, Inc., in October 2008 as Corporate Controller. He joined Dynasil Corporation of America as Corporate Controller in March 2013. From April 2003 to August 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration for Cyphermint, Inc. From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Bowdring served as Controller and Vice President of Lifeline Systems Inc. Prior to 1989, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Remanco, Inc., Warburton's Inc., Cyborg Corporation and Technogenics, Inc He serves as a Director of INVO Bioscience, Inc. Mr. Bowdring holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
