Ms. Laura F. Clark has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eagle Bancorp Montana, Inc. and Opportunity Bank of Montana since March 03, 2014. Ms. Clark served as Chief Financial Officer of Bozeman Bancorp, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank of Bozeman. Her experience spans over 30 years and includes a variety of executive positions with First National Bancorp, Bankers Resource Center, Security Bank, Bank of Montana System and Montana Bancsystem. Ms. Clark served as Director of Bozeman Bancorp, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Montana State University in Billings and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Salamanca, Spain.

Mr. Douglas L. Vigen has been Senior Vice President and Head of the Commercial Real Estate Lending team, Northern Virginia at EagleBank, a subsidiary of Eagle Bancorp since April 19, 2010. Mr. Vigen is supervising Eaglebank's commercial real estate lending activities in the region. Mr. Vigen has over 24 years of commercial real estate lending experience, most recently with Wells Fargo Bank/Wachovia Bank, N.A. Before that, he served with Bank of America, N.A. in North Carolina, where Mr. Vigen served as Director of Real Estate Professional Development Group. Mr. Vigen earned his M.A. from The American University in 1988.

Mr. Larry A. Dreyer has been Controller of American Federal Savings Bank since joining in 1973. Mr. Dreyer served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Eagle BanCorp Montana, Inc. until October 2007. Mr. Dreyer served as the Chief Executive Officer of American Federal Savings Bank from 1995 to October 2007 and its President from 1993 to October 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Bancorp. He served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of American Federal Savings Bank from 1994 to 2005 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2005. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Eagle BanCorp Montana, Inc. He has been a Director of Eagle BanCorp Montana, Inc. since 1990. He serves as a Director of American Federal Savings Bank. Mr. Dreyer serves as a Director of American Federal Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Eagle Bancorp. He serves as a member and served as the President of the Downtown Helena Kiwanis Club and served as the Chairman of both the St. Peter's Hospital Foundation and Diocese of Helena Finance Council. He also serves as a Member of the Independent Community Bankers of America, National Bank Services Committee.

Ms. Rachel R. Amdahl has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at American Federal Savings Bank since February 2006. Ms. Amdahl serves as Senior Vice President at Eagle BanCorp Montana, Inc. and also serves as its Chief Operating Officer. She served as Senior Vice President of Branch Operations Administration at Eagle BanCorp Montana, Inc. Ms. Amdahl served as Vice President of Operations at Eagle since 2000. She joined American Federal Savings Bank in 1987. She serves on the Lewis and Clark County United Way board of directors. She also is a member of the Women's Leadership Network.
