Mr. Ray Singleton has been an Executive Vice President of Northern Region at Earthstone Energy, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Singleton served as an Acting Treasurer of Earthstone Energy, Inc. since February 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since March 1993 until December 2014. He served as an Acting Principal Accounting Officer of Earthstone Energy, Inc. (alternate name, Basic Earth Science Systems) from February 2008 to March 2008. Mr. Singleton joined Earthstone Energy, Inc. in June 1988 as Production Manager/Petroleum Engineer. He served as a Vice President of Earthstone Energy, Inc. since October 1989. He began his career with Amoco Production Company in Texas as a Production Engineer. He was subsequently employed by the predecessor of Union Pacific Resources as a Drilling, Completion and Production Engineer and in 1981, he began his own engineering consulting firm, serving the needs of some 40 oil and gas companies. In this capacity, he was employed by Basic on various projects from 1981 to 1987. He was the President of IPAMS. He served as the Chairman of Earthstone Energy, Inc. He has been a Director at Earthstone Energy, Inc since July 1989. He served as a Director of Earthstone Energy, Inc July 1989. He has been an Executive Director of Basic Earth Science Systems Inc., since July 1989. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States (IPAMS). In addition, Mr. Singleton is a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Singleton received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1973 and received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University's Executive MBA Program in 1992.

Mr. Mark Lumpkin Jr., has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Earthstone Energy, Inc. since August 21, 2017. Since August 2011, Mr. Lumpkin has been employed by RBC Capital Markets, as a Managing Director from December 2014 to August 2017, as Director from August 2011 to December 2014. He has over 20 years of experience including over 13 years of oil and gas finance experience. From 2006 to 2011, he was employed by The Royal Bank of Scotland in the Oil and Gas group within the Corporate and Investment Banking division, focusing primarily on the upstream subsector. Prior to RBS, he spent two years focused on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions primarily in the upstream sector at a boutique investment bank. Mr. Lumpkin graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics from Louisiana State University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree with a Finance concentration from Tulane University.

Mr. Timothy D. Merrifield has been an Executive Vice President of Geological & Geophysical at Earthstone Energy, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. Merrifield served as an Executive Vice President of Geology & Geophysics at GeoResources, Inc. since January 17, 2012. He was with GeoResources, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Merrifield has over 30 years of domestic experience in numerous U.S. basins including Gulf Coast Texas and Louisiana, (onshore and offshore), East and West Texas, New Mexico, Rocky Mountain states and the Mid- Continent. He has substantive geological and geophysical experience and is skilled in various CAEX software including Landmark, Geographix and others. His prior experience includes both domestic and international basins and he also had responsibility for reservoir engineering and project management. Mr. Merrifield served as Vice President of Geology & Geophysics for Southern Division at GeoResources, Inc., where he successfully led its exploration and development activities. He served as Vice President of Geology & Geophysics of Southern Bay Energy, LLC. Mr. Merrifield joined AROC in 1998. He also served at Force Energy, Great Western Resources and other independents. He attended Texas Tech University.

Mr. Robert J. Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Lynden Energy Corp. since May 18, 2016. Mr. Anderson is a Petroleum Engineer with 30 years of diversified domestic and international experience at both major oil companies (ARCO International / Vastar Resources) and independent oil companies (Hunt Oil / Hugoton Energy / Anadarko Petroleum). He has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Engineering at Earthstone Energy, Inc. since December 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of Engineering and Acquisitions. He served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures at HK Energy, LLC (Also known as Southern Bay Energy, LLC) From March 2004 to August 2004. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of GeoResources, Inc. since August 1, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Engineering & Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer of Northern Division at GeoResources, Inc. since January 2012 and also served as its Vice President of Business Development for Acquisitions and Divestitures since April 17, 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Halc???n Resources Corporation from August 1, 2012 to February 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rhino Human Resources, Inc. from August 2010 to October 2010. From October 2000 to February 2004, he served at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as a Petroleum Engineer. From March 2004 to December 2004, he served at AROC, Inc. as Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures. His professional experience includes acquisition evaluation, reservoir and production engineering and field development and project economics, budgeting and planning. His domestic acquisition and divestiture experiences include Gulf Coast Texas and Louisiana (offshore and onshore), east and west Texas, north Louisiana, Mid-Continent and the Rockies. His international experience includes Canada, South America and Russia. He served as a Director at Rhino Human Resources, Inc. since August 2010. He served as a Director of GeoResources, Inc. from January 2012 to July 2012. Mr. Anderson has a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1986 and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Denver in 1988. He has been a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1985.
