Mr. Robert J. Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Lynden Energy Corp. since May 18, 2016. Mr. Anderson is a Petroleum Engineer with 30 years of diversified domestic and international experience at both major oil companies (ARCO International / Vastar Resources) and independent oil companies (Hunt Oil / Hugoton Energy / Anadarko Petroleum). He has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Engineering at Earthstone Energy, Inc. since December 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of Engineering and Acquisitions. He served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures at HK Energy, LLC (Also known as Southern Bay Energy, LLC) From March 2004 to August 2004. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of GeoResources, Inc. since August 1, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President of Engineering & Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer of Northern Division at GeoResources, Inc. since January 2012 and also served as its Vice President of Business Development for Acquisitions and Divestitures since April 17, 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Halc???n Resources Corporation from August 1, 2012 to February 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rhino Human Resources, Inc. from August 2010 to October 2010. From October 2000 to February 2004, he served at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as a Petroleum Engineer. From March 2004 to December 2004, he served at AROC, Inc. as Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures. His professional experience includes acquisition evaluation, reservoir and production engineering and field development and project economics, budgeting and planning. His domestic acquisition and divestiture experiences include Gulf Coast Texas and Louisiana (offshore and onshore), east and west Texas, north Louisiana, Mid-Continent and the Rockies. His international experience includes Canada, South America and Russia. He served as a Director at Rhino Human Resources, Inc. since August 2010. He served as a Director of GeoResources, Inc. from January 2012 to July 2012. Mr. Anderson has a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1986 and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Denver in 1988. He has been a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1985.
