Mr. Armas Clifford Markkula Jr. is the Founder of Echelon Corporation. Mr. Markkula was the founder of Apple and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Marketing. He served as Marketing Manager of Intel Corporation and Fairchild Camera. He served as Marketing Manager in the Semiconductor Division of Instrument Corporation. He served as a Member of the Technical Staff in Research and Development Laboratory of Hughes Aircraft. Mr. Markkula served as Chairman of Board of Trustees of Santa Clara University from 2003 to 2009 and also served as its Trustee. He served as Chairman of the Board of Apple Computer, Inc. from January 1977 to May 1983 and from October 1993 to February 1996. Mr. Markkula has been Vice Chairman of Echelon Corporation since 1989 and has been its Director since 1988. He served as a Director of Apple from 1977 to 1997. Mr. Markkula received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Christopher Jodoin, also Known as Chris has been Senior Vice President of Operations and Planning at Echelon Corporation since July 12, 2016. Mr. Jodoin served as Vice President of Operations and Planning at Echelon Corporation since January 2015 until July 12, 2016. Mr. Jodoin is responsible for global product operation including direct responsibility over sales operations and financial planning. An experienced executive, he has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and financial management with proven results. His previous positions include Vice President, Integration at inventive Health, Inc., Vice President, Global Sales Operations at Hewlett Packard and Vice President, Finance and Sales Operations at 3Com Corporation. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics at Boston College and M.B.A. at Northeastern University.

Mr. Sohrab Modi has been the Chief Technology Officer of Echelon Corporation since September 1, 2014 and its Senior Vice President of Engineering since September 19, 2017. Mr. Modi served as Vice President of Engineering of Echelon Corporation since February 2015 until September 19, 2017. Mr. Modi served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Central Research and Development at FutureWei, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Huawei, where he was responsible for technical strategy and planning for its Internet of Things/machine-to-machine (IoT/M2M), cloud, big data, middleware, software-defined networking (SDN) and other initiatives. He also set Huawei's software strategic direction and spearheaded corporate open-compute and open-source activities. Before Huawei, Mr. Modi was a Vice President in the corporate Chief Technology Officer at Sun Microsystems, where he explored new business and technology opportunities for the company. Earlier, he was Sun's vice president and general manager for N1 systems, an early cloud computing offering and director of engineering for Sun Cluster, Sun's high-availability (HA) solution for mission-critical and telecommunications company (telco) environments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Modi was an engineering manager for Novell Inc., and he gained startup experience as Chief Executive Officer of Beehive Utility Inc. and as proprietor of Embee Corp. He earned his bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Mumbai and his master's degree in computer science from the Rochester (New York) Institute of Technology.

Mr. C. Michael Marszewski has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Echelon Corporation since April 24, 2015. Mr. Marszewski served as Principal Accounting Officer of Echelon Corporation until August 18, 2015. Mr. Marszewski served as Corporate Controller of Echelon Corporation.

Mr. Toshifumi Matsumoto, also known as Tommy, serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager of Printing Solution Division and Managing Executive Officer of Toshiba Tec Corporation and served as its Vice President. Mr. Matsumoto served as Chief Marketing Executive at Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. since April 2009. He served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) from February 2008 to April 2009. Mr. Matsumoto served as Vice President of Echelon Japan K.K at Echelon Corporation since June 2004. He served as the President of AT&T Communications (Japan) and Managing Director of AT&T Wholesale Japan. Mr. Matsumoto joined AT&T Wholesale from Concert ICS and served as its President and a Managing Director. Prior to that, he was with AT&T Japan and served as its Vice-President. He joined AT&T Japan from AT&T JENS, where he served in varying capacities including General Manager of the Sales Division, General Manager of the Internet Division and General Manager of the Information System Planning Division. Mr. Matsumoto started his career at CJK Corporation working in sales and business development. He served as TABS' Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Planning from March 2003 to May 2006 and Chief Marketing Executive at Toshiba TEC Corporation in Japan, oversaw global sales and marketing for Toshiba's worldwide MFP business. He has been Toshiba since 1981. He serves as the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Networking Group (APNG). He serves as a Trustee of the Japan Network Information Center (JPNIC). Mr. Matsumoto serves as Director of Toshiba Tec Corporation. He served as Director of Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. until April 2009. He served as a Director at&T JENS and AT&T Japan. Mr. Matsumoto graduated from the University of Hiroshima in 1973 with a degree in Electronics.

Andy Lovit serves as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Echelon. Andy currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
