Mr. Oleg E. Tolmachev has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Eclipse Resources Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served as its senior Vice President of Drilling & Completions from February 2013 to January 1, 2017. From April 2011 to February 2013, Mr. Tolmachev served as the Senior Asset Manager, Utica Shale with Chesapeake Energy where he was responsible for leading an asset team comprised of land, geology, drilling, resource development and operations for Chesapeake Energy's Utica Shale projects in Ohio. From August 2008 to 2011, Mr. Tolmachev held the position of Group Lead Completions, Mid-Continent Business Unit at EnCana Oil and Gas (USA) Inc. where he managed well completions and intervention operations in its Barnett Shale, Deep Bossier and East Texas Haynesville Shale business units. Mr. Tolmachev holds Bachelors of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Christopher K. Hulburt, also known as Chris, Co-founded Eclipse Resources Corporation in January 2011 and has been its Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since January 2011. Mr. Hulburt served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Rex Energy Operating Corp. He served as Secretary, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Rex Energy Corporation since March 2007. He served as Vice President of Rex Energy Operating Corp. Mr. Hulburt has 9 years of legal experience to Rex Energy with a primary focus on securities law, contract negotiations and corporate law. Prior to joining Rex Energy in 2004, he served as a Senior Associate for the law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP in its corporate and securities practice group from January 2001 to April 2005. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps as a military prosecutor for the U.S. Army and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice for four years. He has been a Director of Eclipse Resources I, LP since January 2011. Mr. Hulburt received his Bachelors degree in History/Education from Niagara University in 1993 and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1996. He was responsible for managing Rex Energy's legal and compliance affairs, contract negotiations and legal due diligence.

Mr. Matthew R. DeNezza, also known as Matt, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Eclipse Resources Corporation and Eclipse Resources Operating, Llc since April 2013. Mr. DeNezza was an Associate of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Prior to Eclipse Resources, he served as a Managing Director in the Global Natural Resources Group for over ten years at Deutsche Bank, where he led merger and acquisition advisory assignments, as well as aided clients in understanding capital markets and developing and executing financing transactions. During his tenure with Deutsche Bank, Mr. DeNezza aided in numerous investment banking transactions for both public and private exploration and production companies and refining companies. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2002, Mr. DeNezza served as an Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC from 1999 to 2001. He served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1998, where he was in the rank of Lieutenant. Mr. DeNezza received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors with a major in Government from Harvard University and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and International Business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Mr. Roy S. Steward has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Eclipse Resources Corporation since March 2014 and also serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Steward served as Vice President at Eclipse Resources Corporation since March 2014. Prior to joining Eclipse Resources, Mr. Steward was a Partner in the Audit Practice with KPMG LLP. During his 19-year career with KPMG, he provided professional services to public and private companies in the energy industry, including leading multinational audit teams and reviews of SEC filings. He served as a Partner in KPMG's national Department of Professional Practice consulting with teams on accounting, auditing and SEC reporting issues and completed an international rotation with KPMG in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Steward is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Steward holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University.

Timothy Loos serves as the Vice President Finance & Investor Relations of Eclipse Resources. Timothy started at Eclipse Resources in Jul of 2014. Timothy currently resides in the State College, Pennsylvania Area.
