Mr. Bobby Chapman has been Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. since July 25, 2017. Mr. Chapman served as the Chief Operating Officer of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. since December 11, 2013 until July 25, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Corporate Development until July 25, 2017. Mr. Chapman started career with Halliburton. He was involved in drilling and completions operations, sales, engineering and management in offshore Gulf of Mexico and broad US land operations as well as assignments internationally offshore West Africa. His experience includes high pressure/high temperature well cementing, stimulation engineering (matrix acidizing and fracturing) as well as completion design including complex, extended reach, deep water well completion designs. He was Author of several SPE technical papers on the use of high perm fracturing techniques and processes. In 1998, Mr. Chapman joined Weatherford International where he spent 7 years working in management positions involving all types of artificial lift and general business planning. He was Group Leader responsible for planning and executing Weatherford's organic startup business in the well stimulation business. In 2005, Mr. Chapman started Liberty Pressure Pumping, a new startup business focused on fracture stimulation. He was involved in all phases of the business from Business Strategic Planning, Financial Planning, Equipment Design, Sales, Engineering and Management. He was retained by Trican to serves as President of the United States region. During this time Trican grew to add several operating regions and also expanded product line offerings to include cementing services and coil tubing services. Mr. Chapman is a 1979 graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. Thomas E. Hardisty, also known as Tommy, has been Vice President of Land & Business Development at Davis Petroleum Corp., since joining in September 2009. Mr. Hardisty serves as an Advisor at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. He has over 24 years of industry experience, primarily in upstream E&P and in oilfield service/drilling technology. He also has experience in the energy industry in the area of upstream exploration and production, land management and corporate development. Mr. Hardisty served as Vice President of Business Development & Land at Kerogen Resources, Inc. Mr. Hardisty served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Particle Drilling Technologies, Inc. (formerly, PDTI Holdings, LLC and MedXlink Corp.) from June 2004 to January 14, 2009. Mr. Hardisty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Particle Drilling, Inc., from June 2003 to June 2004. From 1994 to June, 2003, he worked for exploration and production companies both public and private, where he acquired and managed exploration drilling and development positions and managed partner relations for areas throughout Texas, south Louisiana, Mississippi and shallow waters Gulf of Mexico. From January 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Hardisty served as Vice President of Land of Shoreline Partners LLC. From January 2000 to January 2001, he served as Vice President of Land of Benz Resources Llc. From May 1999 to January 2000, he served as a Land Manager of Texstar Energy Inc. From 1994 to May 1999, he served as Division Landman for PetroCorp Inc. and was responsible for land positions, contract negotiations and partner relations in exploration and development projects in PetroCorp's Gulf Coast, Rockies and Canada Division. From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Hardisty served as Land Consultant and Senior Project Manager of Roger A. Soape Inc. He serves as Board Observer at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. He served as a Director of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc until July 9, 2014. He served as a Director of Kerogen Resources, Inc. He served as a Director of Particle Drilling Technologies, Inc., from June 2003 to June 2004 and again from January 2005 to March 2006. He served as a Director at HAPL. He is a Member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), International Association of Drilling Contractors, the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL). Mr. Hardisty graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 with a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management.

Mr. Alexander Nickolatos has been the Chief Financial Officer of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. since December 11, 2013 and its Assistant Secretary since July 9, 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Nickolatos has served as Controller of Eco-Stim's predecessors, FRI and FRIBVI, since July 2012. From March, 2006 to June 2012, Mr. Nickolatos served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at NEOS. During his time at NEOS, he also served as Controller and Treasurer and oversaw oil and gas accounting and finance operations in over seven countries, including Argentina. In conjunction with this role, he helped to raise and manage over $500 million from private investors, including Bill Gates, Kleiner Perkins and Goldman Sachs. He was instrumental in implementing the company's subsidiary exploration activities in Argentina, eventually forming an assignment of two concessions to ExxonMobil. Prior to joining NEOS, he worked for Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Nickolatos is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA degree, summa cum laude, from Walla Walla University.

Mr. Carlos A. Fernandez serves as General Manager of South America Operations at NEOS GeoSolutions, Inc. Mr. Fernandez has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development and General Manager of Latin America at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at 3D-Geo. While at 3D-Geo, he led the formation of the Kaleidoscope seismic imaging project, a partnership among Repsol, 3D-Geo, Stanford University, IBM and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. Before joining 3D-Geo in 2006, he served as General Manager of Latin America at Paradigm Geophysical. He served as President and General Manager at Petroleum Information Argentina and Hycal Sismos Technologies. He served as a Director of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. since December 2011 until March 2017. Mr. Fernandez holds degrees with honors in Geophysics and Business Administration from La Plata University in Argentina.

Chris Arntzen serves as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of EcoStim Energy Solutions. Chris started at EcoStim Energy Solutions in September of 2017. Chris currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.

Barry Ekstrand serves as the Chief Operating Officer of EcoStim Energy Solutions. Barry started at EcoStim Energy Solutions in March of 2017. Barry currently resides in Houston, Texas Area.
