Mr. Thomas E. Hardisty, also known as Tommy, has been Vice President of Land & Business Development at Davis Petroleum Corp., since joining in September 2009. Mr. Hardisty serves as an Advisor at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. He has over 24 years of industry experience, primarily in upstream E&P and in oilfield service/drilling technology. He also has experience in the energy industry in the area of upstream exploration and production, land management and corporate development. Mr. Hardisty served as Vice President of Business Development & Land at Kerogen Resources, Inc. Mr. Hardisty served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Particle Drilling Technologies, Inc. (formerly, PDTI Holdings, LLC and MedXlink Corp.) from June 2004 to January 14, 2009. Mr. Hardisty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Particle Drilling, Inc., from June 2003 to June 2004. From 1994 to June, 2003, he worked for exploration and production companies both public and private, where he acquired and managed exploration drilling and development positions and managed partner relations for areas throughout Texas, south Louisiana, Mississippi and shallow waters Gulf of Mexico. From January 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Hardisty served as Vice President of Land of Shoreline Partners LLC. From January 2000 to January 2001, he served as Vice President of Land of Benz Resources Llc. From May 1999 to January 2000, he served as a Land Manager of Texstar Energy Inc. From 1994 to May 1999, he served as Division Landman for PetroCorp Inc. and was responsible for land positions, contract negotiations and partner relations in exploration and development projects in PetroCorp's Gulf Coast, Rockies and Canada Division. From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Hardisty served as Land Consultant and Senior Project Manager of Roger A. Soape Inc. He serves as Board Observer at Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. He served as a Director of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc until July 9, 2014. He served as a Director of Kerogen Resources, Inc. He served as a Director of Particle Drilling Technologies, Inc., from June 2003 to June 2004 and again from January 2005 to March 2006. He served as a Director at HAPL. He is a Member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), International Association of Drilling Contractors, the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL). Mr. Hardisty graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984 with a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management.
