Incredibly negative from day one. Everyone sells you a pipe dream on the way in and when you’re there, their true colors come

You work harder not smarter. There is little to no structure. No support from your supervisor and the bare minimum from your colleagues. It is acceptable to be rude/unprofessional at any give time (culture life). There is alot of favoritism, overworked and under paid. Lastly there is a high turnover

Great co-workers and managers! PTO and Sick Leave are lacking as well as 401k match, but pay is great.
