THe company has pivoted to be more employee focused but still has some growing to be more of a consulting firm and less of a government contractor body shop. The salary has been fantastic but employee growth is challenging

The onboarding process is pretty much non-existent. As a contractor, it took almost 3 months for me to get access to systems to actually do my job. Once I did have access, there were constant periods of draught due to access issues and authentication errors.

I'm new but so far it has been a fantastic company to work for.

Great co-workers and managers! PTO and Sick Leave are lacking as well as 401k match, but pay is great.

You work harder not smarter. There is little to no structure. No support from your supervisor and the bare minimum from your colleagues. It is acceptable to be rude/unprofessional at any give time (culture life). There is alot of favoritism, overworked and under paid. Lastly there is a high turnover

They are leaders that seem to care about people.

Treats everyone as equal, does not micromanage and ensures a very comfortable work environment.

Train employees and follow up on training

THe health plan is good.

I’m paid at a high market value for my role, but ECS had no say in that. Since we were acquired, I’ve seen little to no increase. They’re too frugal for their own

Stop looking down on others as though they don’t have the same exact certifications as you. There is a holier than thou mentality from the leadership and it only magnifies their insecuriti

The clients is product focused and interested in innovative change

Workspace leaders should have a better footing in the realm of respect and consideration for new employees. Senior staff have a distinct ability to make or break someone's future and entire learning experience when entering thus workplace.

I liked meeting the people I am now working with/for.
