The company touts diversity and inclusion, yet are met with resistance in every capacity as it pertains to those efforts. Senior leadership is all older, white men who play favorites and are averse to change. HR tries to be helpful, but the head of the group is an emotionless tyrant.

You work harder not smarter. There is little to no structure. No support from your supervisor and the bare minimum from your colleagues. It is acceptable to be rude/unprofessional at any give time (culture life). There is alot of favoritism, overworked and under paid. Lastly there is a high turnover
