Mr. Robert S. Radie, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Egalet Corporation since March 2012. Mr. Radie served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sanofi-Topaz Inc. (formerly, Topaz Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) from November 17, 2010 to October 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of TransMolecular, Inc. from April 2009 to November 2010 and also served as its Full-Time Business Development Consultant from December 2008 to March 2009. He served as the Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President of Prestwick Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 23, 2007 to September 2008. He played leading roles in the acquisition of Prestwick by Biovail Corp. in 2008 and Morphotek by Eisai, Inc. in 2007. He served as the Chief Business Officer and Vice President of Project Management at Morphotek Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President of Sales of Vicuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since March 9, 2004. He served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects & Planning at Vicuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He spent his professional career in positions of increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly and Company. His tenure at Eli Lilly was marked by management of several successful product launches and leadership of national sales forces and served as Director of Sales for its Critical Care Division. He served the positions at Eli Lilly as District Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Associate and Sales Representative, consistently leading his territories in sales performance and oversaw the entire U.S. deployment for the division, which included a team of 231 sales representatives and 23 district managers. He served as the Director of Sales for the diabetes business unit's top-performing northeast region and launched three new products, including Actos(R) and Humalog Mix 75/25(R). He has almost 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry. He has been an Outside Director of Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 30, 2014, Pennsylvania Bio since May 2015 and Egalet Corporation since March 2012. He has been a Director of Horse Power For Life since 2007. He served as a Director of Affinium Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. since July 2012. He served as a Director of Sanofi-Topaz Inc. Mr. Radie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Boston College.

Mr. Patrick M. Shea, also known as Pat, has been Chief Commercial Officer of Egalet Corporation since September 19, 2016. Mr. Shea served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Clarus Therapeutics, Inc. since May 21, 2014 until May 22, 2016. Prior to Clarus, Mr. Shea served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the U.S. commercial operations of CSL Behring. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the U.S. pharmaceutical operations of Astellas Pharma US, Inc., where he led sales and marketing initiatives in connection with several product launches during his tenure since May 2009. In addition, he has held senior sales and marketing roles at Ligand Pharmaceuticals and Boehringer Ingelheim and led teams developing commercial pre-launch and launch plans for urologic products such as Flowmax(R). Mr. Shea has over two decades of sales, marketing, market access and commercial operations experience. Mr. Shea received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alfred University.

Dr. Mark Strobeck, PhD., has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Egalet Corporation since September 2015. Dr. Strobeck served as the Chief Business Officer of Egalet Corporation since January 2014 until September 2015 and serves as its Head of Strategic Planning until October 5, 2015. Previously, he served as an Adviser to Egalet from June 2012 to December 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Corridor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2013. He served as the Chief Business Officer and Vice President of Topaz Pharmaceuticals Inc. from December 2010 to October 2011 and was responsible for managing business development, corporate strategy and financings. From June 2010 to November 2010 and October 2011 to January 2012, he worked as a Consultant. Dr. Strobeck has decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and financial industry. He served as an Associate at EuclidSR Partners, L.P. He served as Chief Business Officer at Trevena, Inc. from January 2008 to May 2010. Prior to Trevena, he served as Vice President of business development at GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) where he led the business development efforts for GSK's clinical and preclinical stage assets. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at the center of excellence for external drug discovery, a research and development division within GSK. Prior to this, he served as Principal and Senior Associate of SR One Limited. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Drug Discovery at GlaxoSmithKline. Previously, Dr. Strobeck was Vice President at the Center of Excellence for External Drug Discovery (CEEDD), an innovative organization responsible for building an external drug discovery portfolio via a network of business development relationships. He served in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. He spent eight years in cardiovascular and Neuro-pharmacology research, participating in collaborations with many pharmaceutical companies including sponsored research with Tanabe Seiyaku Co. He also serves as a Board Observer of Scion Pharmaceuticals Inc. He serves as a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board at IndiPharm, Inc. He served as a Director of Corridor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2013. He served as a Board Observer of AlgoRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Conforma Therapeutics, Inc., Rib-X Pharmaceuticals and Santarus, Inc. Dr. Strobeck served as a Director of Protein Forest, Inc. He served as a Director of Novalar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as a Board Observer to Fluidigm Corp. and KuDOS Pharmaceuticals. He has been on the board of directors of Horse Power For Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with cancer since 2012. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and cell Biophysics from the University of Cincinnati and a B.Sc. in biology from St. Lawrence University. Dr. Strobeck completed a post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stanley J. Musial, also known as Stan, CPA, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Egalet Corporation since April 2013 and serves as Executive Vice President. Mr. Musial has been Secretary of Egalet Corporation since September 2013. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of R-Squared Services and Solutions. From June 2011 to March 2013, he was self-employed, acting as an independent consultant in the fields of financial management and accounting services. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Prism Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2005 to May 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Special Diversified Opportunities Inc., (formerly Strategic Diagnostics Inc.) from November 2002 to December 2004. He also served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. until December 2004. Prior to joining Strategic Diagnostics Inc., Mr. Musial served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance for Continuum Healthcare, Inc., a venture capital backed specialty healthcare company and previously held senior financial management positions with Orthovita, Inc., a publicly-held orthopedic biotechnology company, Occupational Health Resources, Inc., a venture capital backed physician practice management company, Surgical Laser Technologies, Inc., a publicly-held laser surgery company, Environmental Control Group, Inc., and began his career as an Audit Manager with KPMG LLP. He also served as a Partner with Carroe, Doyle and Associates. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Musial holds an MBA in Finance from Temple University and a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

James Updike serves as the Senior Vice President, Business Development of Egalet Corporation. James started at Egalet Corporation in August of 2017. James currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.
